My kids found big cockroaches in our apartment,twice. The telephones in the room weren't working. I wanted to book room service twice, but the process was just long and annoying.

Great staff very attentive and great breakfasts. got up upgrade to two bedroom instead of one bedroom. Spa treatment was amazing.

no sound proofing could hear upstairs and next door, dogs barking, metal staircase outside apartment very noisy. Unable to sit around main pool and not enough seating and no where to leave belongings. situated o a busy road and low wall meant people could see into our outside area. Private pool that we had wasn't cleaned during our stay but on the day that we left.

Air conditioning wasn’t operating properly came to check not sure if issue was resolved as no message left. That evening seemed to work but for one day only lights to pool didn’t work in evening but let staff know and got a voucher for drink to apologise as understood would take too long to fix during our stay.

The room in general was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Divinity Bliss 1 bedroom sea view room and could not fault it. The room was cleaned daily, the bedding was changed daily and we got fresh towels daily. This room had a very nice balcony looking out to the sea. The cleaners were exceptional, the staff were exceptional and overall exceptional hotel. I want to say a massive thank you to Jimmy who shown us our room at the very start and made us aware of how everything worked. The staff could not do enough for you. We had room service a couple of times and the guys bringing our things were exceptional. I could not fault this hotel! We did not want to leave.

The location of the hotel is far from the main strip although we rented a car out there so it wasn’t a problem so I would recommend people to do this. Although there is many modes of transport to get to and from the hotel and it’s easy accessible.

Absolutely stunning venue, we had a room with a hot tub, excellent views.....staff were so friendly. Also the Sucas restaurant was delicious.

The idea of having private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The pool was not for swimming, but just to get your legs wet (90cm. depth is hardly a swimming pool). Also we booked a room with sea view, but got road view instead. We had to pay extra €2600 on top of €3000 to get an upgrade with proper sea view!..

Beautiful, spacious suite (serenity mar with hot tub and pool) with a very private outdoor area. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. All 3 options for breakfast were great (in room, buffet and al a carte) Room service during the day and evening was promptly delivered and reasonably priced. Not to mention, very tasty! we only used the main pool once but the beds were large and comfortable and food and drink service excellent. Fantastic from start to finish! we’re visiting again in July:)

very cold private pools (they declare it to be heated, but it's very very cold indeed) - we were just not able to use it, although the key reason for booking this hotel was private pool availability. that was a real disappointment unfortunately

Excellent staff and beautiful rooms

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so much choice and all so fresh!

The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together. The hot water seemed to run out. There wasn't enough hot water for a full hot bath.
