Breakfast was exceptional.

1. The guys in the reception were kind and glad helping us on many issues we had during our stay. 2.The waiter at the restaurant (Laceu) is one of a kind, was the best - kind, gave a great service, always with a big smile… was a pleasure. 3. The restaurant itself is good for lunch and dinner. 4. The room is comfortable. Air conditioning was working great. 5. Beautiful and maintained place 6. nice pool to relax.

1. The hotel is too close to the bars so it could be noisy inside few rooms, even if the room is closed - this could be fixed and adjusted. 2. Too many rules by the hotel - let you sometimes think you are in a school vacation or at a hostel when you are young… 3. The breakfast was almost the same for the entire week we have been. There were no vegetables, at all… the bread was dry most of the days and the service and the quality were far away from the service level at lunch and dinner, (both at the beach and inside the restaurant) the food quality was better and the service. 4. Lots of constructions and noise by people who were maintaining the hotel and walking between the rooms during our stay, starting at ~9AM. Not OK since some people like to have a rest right after the BF. 5. Towels get replaced only each 2 days… why? If it still wet? And if i would like to get a fresh one? Does the payment paid was not enough? Put the ecological reason aside, let the guest feel as in his home and let the guest decide if he want a clean fresh towel, without adding more money as an extra… this is truly the basic.

Staff, location, food, EVERYTHING.

Good location. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The breakfast food cooked by the kitchen staff was delicious.

The owner was unpleasant and there were a number of houserules pointed out to us on arrival which made us feel like guests were considered a nuisance. The pool was filthy. The breakfast was made up mostly of cakes and lunch items like pies. While delicious, these were difficult to eat so early in the day. The bread that was served was very very old and completely inedible. On the first day there were eggs, but not enough was made and it was only enough for the first few clients after which the tray was not refilled. The other days it was not offered at all. The breakfast was only served 8-10.30 which felt too short.

Close to the beach, rooms were good a hammock in the balcony was nice. breakfast was nice.

They have this silly arm band they request you to wear all the time that is a bit pointless. I sent all my details in advance as requested by them and still had to fill in everything again during check in, a bit disorganised. They offer beach chairs free but those are right in front of the property and far from the beach and at 5pm you are not allowed to use it anymore. They provide beach towels but they don’t change it, doesn’t matter how long you stay. So if want it fresh ones you need to pay extra. To finalize and most important of all most staff doesn’t seem very amused by your presence and they are not capable of thinking out of the box. Breakfast only starts at 8 and for who has planned tours can be very late. we asked them to allow us in the restaurant only 10 minutes earlier when we could see the staff was standing waiting and all food was ready laid out and still the front desk refused to even ask if we could go in. They won’t do anything to try to please you or be helpful.

I liked the facilities, my room with the jacuzzi was simply amazing, and also the staff was super careful they took over me in the bar, restaurant, arranged transit from-to airport. The food was delicious, the service was great, I recommend a 100%!
