the staff is nice

it’s not five star as they claim and the breakfast is dull

A very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Clean pool. Breakfast ok.

We paid £150 per night and others more but there was nothing that made it special or you feel special. We have travelled across Brazil for 2 months and it doesn’t measure up to other hotels at this price. Furniture average, breakfast average, no free daily water, and at least one English speaking news channel. Cleaning of room confused and is a daily must even just to clear away toilet tissue as you can’t flush it. Check out was frosty whilst they doubled checked the fridge not believing what we told her.

The room i stayed didn’t have windows, it rained some days and there was water into the bedroom. Bad ventilation.

Quiet.Very comfortable bed. Near the main square,yet only minutes from the beaches. Good wifi signal. Breakfast staff very eager and friendly. The hotel seems well maintained.I saw the pools cleaned daily.

Curtains fail to block sunlight so expect to be awakened by brightness at 5 a.m. Most of the hotel's staff-with a few exceptions-appeared sullen and unhappy,through out the 7 nights I stayed in the hotel. Breakfast ,other than fruit,contained no healthy options-but that's the case with most all hotels in Brazil. Turn on the shower and then go do something else-because it takes 10-15 minutes for warm water to flow through the pipes.
