The room was nice and the location very close to town. The host was also very nice. If not for the parking issues I would have rated the room much higher.

The host directed me to park in a specific spot near a local supermarket quite far from the apartment. She gave me a ride to the hotel, but I needed to haul the luggage quite far uphill to it the following morning. I also came back to a 200+ kuna ticket on my car. This was very frustrating as I needed to find a post office along my route and wait in line for half an hour to pay it to avoid an extra 300 kuna charge from the rental car company.

Location and cleanliness.

The shower head is broken, the water sprays everywhere except where it should. The room is pretty small. The parking is nowhere near the apartment, which is definitely something to consider.

The host was super quick replying to messages as was very accommodating and nice, letting us leave our luggage at the place before and after check-in. The room was very comfortable and the place was amazing and close to everything. We had a lovely time there!

Nothing could have been better

Loved the location and the ease of getting there walking from the ferry. The terrace from our room had a beautiful view. The rooms looked exactly as pictured. So,so very quiet and we loved that. The town was very sleepy on a Sunday in May and that was great. The guest apts were in a very well kept building tucked up a side street. WARNING you will climb stairs all over Korcula and many to get to the apt. We had little luggage so it was doable but elderly or out of shape folks may have an issue in general. The people in apts all around were lovely and quiet as well. Really enjoyed our stay! Bed very comfortable, shower great pressure. I didn’t find any toiletries so I’m glad I had my own. And we couldn’t figure out the washing machine. The kitchen was equipped but we didn’t cook. Marija was the woman we had contacted and she met us at the bottom of the lane to help us in and get us settled. No problems there! Korcula was a wonderful town to visit!

We have stayed 1 night. Pictures from the bedroom does not reflect the accommodation at all (indeed most of very nice pictures correspond to the best bedroom). Also no soap or shampoo provided. In addition there is no car park (vs advertisement).

Location is near the old town and had secure parking. Breakfast was basic, but more than adequate for the price of the room. The room was clean and had a full-sized fridge just outside the doors. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

Bathroom, though clean and private, was across the hall - which is very cold in the winter. The room itself is quite small - the good-sized bed is almost wall to wall.

Great apartment with great view for old town and from the mointains in the other side of the island. Room very big with all commodities. Very flexible hosts, who let me check-in earlier to drop my baggage. Would recommend to everyone

Great stay in Korcula! Apartment is very close to the oldest town, 6 min walk from bus station, 6 min walk from ferry port. Room is small but for few nights it was great - very comfortable big bed, extremely clean, tiny refrigerator, window, bathroom, towels, tiny table by the wall, working new and clean air condition, good wifi. It was really good stay, I'd recommend it!

Door and walls were quite thin so we always heard when someone was walking on the corridor.

I got a watercocker , cup etc and could use a fridge of the house. That was great. The grandma had a lityle garden and gave me grapes that were delicious. Great balcony and view. Vety close to the ferry and restaurants

On the site of booking I had the impression that I had access to a kitchen. This was not the case

The view! Location close to old town. And HERE is what we did NOT enjoy: Other than the spectacular view, this apartment has little to recommend it. I don’t mind stairs, but this apartment has 78 uneven stairs from the street to the apartment. Host helped us carry luggage, or we would have bailed on the first trip up. Then you have to park about half a mile away and find your way back through other sets of hundreds of stairs through winding alleys. SO glad we arrived before dark! The host Marijo was not unfriendly, but neither was he friendly, nor helpful, nor did he ever smile. He certainly could have been more hospitable by explaining how to use the shower, or washing machine, or providing the wifi info clearly. It would REALLY have been a help if he had explained that we COULD catch a free ride back from parking, but he simply pointed to two sets of stairs and said “use those stairs or more stairs there. There was a FREE ride from parking and he failed to mention it! When our Google maps announced “you have arrived at your destination” I called the host as we had been directed to do. We were told Marijo would arrive in 2 minutes. We waited 10 minutes while double parked and then called again. Turns out he was waiting at the apartment, but we had NO WAY of knowing exactly WHERE that was! He finally came to the street to lead us down an ally and up the stairs, and acted irritated that we hadn’t come to the apartment. (Eye roll.) The fancy hydro-massage shower is too fancy to figure out how to use with no instructions of any kind, so we had no way to shower without washing our hair. I don’t wash my hair everyday, but since the water comes directly from the ceiling - wet hair every shower. The fancy power jets are calcified and plugged.

The washing machine is as easy to use as the shower. We thought we set it correctly, but it went on for an hour tumbling clothes without ever adding water. The knob has an invisible marking to show if it’s set at 4 or 12. Setting 4 adds water and 12 does not (dry-cleaning?), so it helps to know which way the knob should be set. After we reset it and tried again, the clothes came out with soap all over them from one tiny soap pod (not provided). If you want to impress guests with the fancy equipment, it will be very helpful to provide information on how they operate. The host provides a coffee grinder AND ground coffee, but no coffee press, or drip machine, or any other way to brew coffee. But they do have a cake decorating set, so there’s that. ALL the doorways stub toes as each floor is unlevel to the others. There is a 6 inch drop from kitchen to living area that is INVISIBLE due to the tile flooring and has threatened to break one of our legs numerous times. The host was kind enough to warn us about that one on entry, but as it is invisible, we both managed to miss it a few times, and I nearly fell down twice. The bed is not comfortable. The bedroom smells like Grandma’s attic. The chairs are not comfortable. This is a very humid environment, and the couch is fake leather, so you can’t sit down without soaking your clothes. I am not Christian, but largely enjoy Christian iconography, and loved visiting all of the BEAUTIFUL churches in Korčula. However this two room apartment has eight crucifixes which felt quite overbearing. Eight. In a living room and bedroom. I LOVE the patio and the view. NOT worth 78 stairs. Not even close. If I could have found a vacancy that suited our needs, we would have left after the first night.

Location was amazing, literally right next to the entrance to the old town, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. A nicer apartment than we were expecting from the photos.

The hosts were wonderful and very approachable. It was very easy and efficient to communicate with them. I must say that the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Location was great as it is 3 minutes away from the entrance to Korčula Old Town. Highly recommended!

Get the apartment with the terrace. It is superb! You will never have to leave the apartment with such a view. Also very good quality kitchen equipment and a washing machine.

Location and view! WOW!!! Room was beautiful and it and the linens smelled fantastic! Well designed - with kitchenette on balcony. Excellent water pressure.

It was one of the best accommodation we've had in Croatia. The apartment was spacious, had everything you need and was spotless. The host left for us inclusive tea, coffee and sugar, which we highly appreciated. It is minutes to walk form the the old town of Korcula and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The parking is outside the city on the road that surrounds the town through the forest. We were outside the season so we could find parking places close to the stairs that go down in the city. For us it wasn't an issue but, be aware that the parking isn't so close to the accommodation if you want to drive daily and have mobility problems. A great experience in Korcula and a great accommodation.

Nothing super negative to say, the stay was fine overall but we have been travelling around Croatia and for the price the quality it was just not really comparable. Bed was not very comfortable and we actually never got to meet the host while we specifically choose a guesthouse over a private apartment to meet the locals. Also, the balcony was not private at all and in fact separate of the bedroom on the main stairway that everyone had to cross to get into the apartment.

Our stay here was excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves and the apartment was great.

Not necessarily a problem, but worth noting that the apartment is accessed via an alleyway with stairs for those that may have an issue with it.

The location of the place is perfect, the historic part of the town is literally few steps away. Everything was clean and cosy with a great balcony looking at the old town. If you need a base for exploring the town as well as the island, I would definitely reccomend this studio apartment.
