Clean, comfortable, newly updated, spacious, well stocked, great location, great view, easy beach access, not crowded! We enjoyed our stay here beyond words. The condo and its furnishings are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and updated. Hosts answered all my questions. Grill available which we used. Every one had their own bed and bath. Appreciated the option of late cancellation which we didn’t have to use. Overall, best experience yet!

This condo and location checked all of our boxes. Smaller complex, parking, on the beach, pool and near restaurants/grocery stores. We did a girls family trip to Orange Beach and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony with a coffee, a drink or even have breakfast. We want to come back!

We had a wonderful trip to Orange Beach and really enjoyed our stay at Marlin key! Great location, clean and comfy condo! Perfect for families. Super convenient check in process. The beach and water were beautiful and not crowded by this unit. We’ll definitely be back!

I scheduled a birthday girls trip with my sisters & friends. It was lovely and the condo was beautiful! Great location on the beach and close to shopping & dining. Very spacious and clean. We will book again...

Condo was just like the pics listed. We absolutely loved the christian decor which was very nice but not too overdone. Beds were comfy & kitchen well stocked with the necessities. The only thing we found an issue with was the sofa sleeper but are any of them really all that comfortable. We didn’t use it. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was awesome. Condo was just right for us. Just needed a least extra garbage bags in the bottom of the kitchen garage can and a bottle of some type of cleaning supply for spills or clean out the bathrooms.

Our stay in this condo was perfect. The condo provided three rooms with bathrooms; perfect for three couples to have their privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining and living room area was perfect for us to have meals, game night, or just hang out. The balcony had a wonderful view. The condo was perfectly located away from high rises, but close enough to restaurants and attractions. We loved being right on the beach!

Had a great time. No problems except a minor issue with the entrance code not working. The condo was clean, nice, and we'll equipped. I would recommend it to anyone. We especially liked the three full beds instead of singles or bunk beds.

This place is nice. 3 bed 3 bath. Very close to the beach. The only negative was the elevator. It felt like it wasn’t going to make it much longer and there were signs warning not to hold it open. If the elevator was repaired or replaced then it would be perfect.

Great unit for large family or group
Of friends. Really appreciated the smaller complex and convenient access to the beach. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen/living area has more space than expected. Super clean and well kept. Only note to make is only bring two cars as they dont allow more than 2.

The rooms were nice with a bath for every room. Loved the jetted tub in the main room!! It was a short trip but had a good time. A very nice place would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful condo, plenty of room for 6 over age of 13. Had little extras that weren’t expected and the view from balcony fantastic. Control panel went out on stove/oven didn’t work one morning, called number and was fixed same day!!!! Beach was awesome and had no other issues!!!!

Grandma, kids, and grandkids!
Wonderful! Everything was just as promised. The condo was beautiful, and the distance to the beach was perfect. We got the daily beach chair service, and those guys were so nice and helpful. Would definitely come again and recommend to others!

Great place, with a great location
This property is top notch, nicely decorated for a rental. All the kitchen utensils are there that you will need. If you do not like to walk far to the beach, this place is for your. It is beachside already, but the beach wooden walkway is literally less than 20 ft long, and you are right there on the beach. The Xplorie adventures that were no charge with the unit were as described and easy to use, definite plus! Will book this property again!

Unit was larger than expected. Everything was very nice. Beds were comfy. Great location. Loved the low density complex. Beach is right there…no long walk to get to it. Beach was clean, and never too busy, even though it was spring break! Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Only one “negative” thing to mention. We couldn’t see the sunrise or sunset from the deck, because the complex is tucked back a bit between the two neighboring condo buildings. Must walk down to the beach, which is easy to do.

This place was fantastic as it had everything you could possibly need and was very clean and quiet. The parking was great and best of all you were right on the beach. We will definitely be back.

We will definitely try to stay here again. Right on the beach and the condo itself is spacious and had everything we needed. Easy code access for the door. A little disappointed in all the extra fees but that is our only complaint.

We are so fortunate to find this beautiful condo directly on the beach. This condo has it all beautiful views, stocked kitchen, all the amenities you need for a short weekend or family vacation. We will definitely be back!
