La ubicacion es excelente caminando se llega al Grote Mark y al centro, al frente pasa el tranvia que va y viene de la estación de trenes. Habitacion super limpia, arreglada, tiene un cocina en la planta baja puedes calentar, cocinar si deseas. Colocan agua diariamente en la habitación al igual que las capsulas para el NESSPRESO. Ahhh! Hay muchos restaurantes a su alrededor, incluida una tienda coreana, si desea preparar un Ramyun y beber soju. El mejor Bubble tea de la ciudad al lado del hotel. The location is excellent, walking you can reach the Grote Mark and the center, the tram that goes to and from the train station passes in front. Super clean, tidy room, and has a kitchen on the ground floor to cook if you want. They put water daily in the room as well as the capsules for the NESSPRESO. Ohhh! Many restaurants around it including a Korean store if you want to prepare a Ramyun and drink soju. The best Buble tea in the city next to the hotel

Liebevoll geleitete Unterkunft mit wirklich zuvorkommendem Personal und großen Zimmern. Wir waren 5 Leute und konnten uns alle bequem auf einem der 2 gebuchten Zimmer treffen und quatschten. Alle hatten Platz. Auch die (Gemeinschafts)Küche war super für uns. Betten waren bequem. Einzige Einschränkung; Das Hotel liegt SEHR zentral am Stadtzentrum, da rumpelt ab 6:00 Uhr morgens die Straßenbahn und die Müllabfuhr lang. Das sollte einem bei der Buchung klar sein. Ansonsten top Unterkunft in 👍🏻

The room was beautiful and cozy, very clean and all we need for one night. La Lys is very easy to reach, perfect location ( in the city center), nice restaurants in the street. Easy checking and check out. I appreciate the earplugs in the room, as the room faced the street, we slept like babies.

The hotel is perfectly situated just next to the city center, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and quick to reply upon my contacting them.

Świetna lokalizacja! Pokój bardzo schludny i minimalistycznie zaaranżowany. Nie było słychać dźwięków z ulcy chociaż pokój wychodził na jedną z głównych ulic.

Jedyna rzecz do poprawy to zdecydowanie wifi, które działało bardzo słabo.

Je me suis engagé dans le centre en cherchant le gîte j'ai reçu un PV les services concerné devrait être un peu plus indulgent avec les touriste qui ce rendent dans la ville.

Locatie top - midden in het centrum. Zeer praktisch in-/uitcheck systeem! Ruime nette kamer. Goede bedden. Proper sanitair. Koffie en water inbegrepen.

Prijs is aan de dure kant - zeker zonder ontbijt. Voor ons (nog) geen probleem : smalle trap met korte treden en geen lift.

Would recommend when staying in Ghent City centre. Excellent location. Fairly basic but comfortable and clean rooms. Had an excellent sleep due to big, comfortable beds. Nice communal area with honesty bar. Great stay overall. Suits the self-sufficient traveller who likes the convenience of self check-in. What's app message with information and recommendations was much appreciated.

No lift, which wasn't ideal if located on the 4th floor.

It was at a great location (heart of Ghent!) and it was extremely clean and tidy. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in while traveling across Europe. Bathrooms was lovely.

It was a bit loud in the morning when guests left. I didn’t realize that there were earplugs for us at the side of the table. If that is mentioned in an email as a heads up that would be nice! I want to come back regardless when I visit family again.

Quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Hotel não tem recepcão, tudo e feito de maneira autônoma e por isso é importante ter acesso à internet. Como isso não era um problema para nós, a comunicação foi bem tranquila.

O alojamento não e acessível. O acesso até o quarto e por escadas e no banheiro havia um degrau para chegar ao box. Para nós não foi um problema, mas pode ser para quem tem alguma dificuldade de locomoção.

we are stay in the room No.6, so it is the 4th floor, without lift was a bit difficult to carry a heavy luggaue, but the owner was very helpful that helped us to carry one case to the upstairs, wifi was a bit slow but downstairs was good, still most of the things are very good

Spotlessly clean, great location, huge and comfortable bed, huge and well equipped bathroom, very close to safe underground parking, staff were hugely helpful giving great advice, maps and directions.

Only minor quibble is that there was no full length mirror in the room...but...

Pillow was soft

The rooms were gorgeous! We loved the location! We needed to call the owner and he come right over to help us. It was incredibly nice to meet him and made us feel more comfortable during our stay having met him.

The check-in was a little unsettling to us; not having someone to greet us felt uncomfortable. (Which is why we were grateful to meet the owner.) There was a couch in room 1. It was lovely, but one evening I was resting on it (on my left side) for about 30 minutes and ended up with bug bites on the left side of my face and arm. It made me wonder if the couch needs to be vacuumed; perhaps a previous customer had a dog with fleas. The other huge problem was that the shower floors were INCREDIBLY slippery!! Several of my family members almost fell in the shower because their shower floor was so smooth and when it got wet it was VERY slippery.

Excellent location and superb facilities

No negative elements

Location was very good for many of the main sites in Ghent and easy to walk to/from. The communal area with fridges, hot drink facilities etc (with complementary tea or coffee) was good and the honesty bar was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was noisy (street noise, trams etc.) and also seemed a bit small compared to others we stayed in during our trip through the Low Countries. The bedroom was a bit disappointing after see the communal area referred to above and flight a bit like a hostel. The stairs with a big, heavy case could be a challenge!

Location, check in

Well located, very clean confortable room. There is a shared Kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine and honest bar.

Hoster should inform in the advertisement or add photos of the shared kitchen, if we knew it had one, as our check in was late, we would have brought food for our breakfast.

Location is very nice. 10 minute walk to the St Baafs cathedral. And close to parking! Room 1 is really majestic, so beautiful! Als very clean, huge, and big bathroom with everything you need (soap, shampoo, hairdryer, bath AND walk in shower.) Even the toiletpaper is of excellent quality! There is a very light and spacious 'hang out' room with tea& coffe facilities, kitchen, microwave, huge refrigerators, nice chairs& tables, wine, soda etc.. All VERY nice and clean!! Last but not least: Jamila makes you feel at home and is at your service at all times! I talked about the noisy boyes upstairs with her and she did not hesitate and gave us another room on the top floor (7), the attic. This is the most quiet room. Not so fancy as room nr.1 but quiet, what we needed (to sleep well). Mostly there are families, so this was an exception. Thank you again Jamila, I will definitely return again! :-)

Unfortunately the neighbours above were 4 young lads who made a lot of noise until late at night (and in the night), stamping on the floor. Also the front door made a lot of noise. But it will be repaired. Jamila solved the problem as described above.

The price compared to the location was excellent, as the accommodation is very centrally placed. The stay is smooth from self check-in to self check-out, while service is always present. Absolutely loved it to watch the beautiful city of Gent.

Nothing to remark about with a price quality like this.
