Great location with friendly staff. The rooms were amazing and breakfast was much better than I could have hoped. Loved it.

Hotel is very close to Convention Center where I attended meetings. Walked over within 2 minutes.
Rooms are functionally great. Had full size refrigerator, microwave, etc. Able to take leftovers back and reheat at later time.
Bed very comfortable. Bathroom large and clean. TV was large. Internet worked fine.
Breakfast was included. A lot of choices - much better than many other hotels which include a breakfast.
Couldn't check in online because I booked through third party even though I am a Marriott member.
Parking was expensive.

We were in Providence for my son’s college graduation. The hotel was a nice base. I do think it was a little expensive for what it is. Yes, it was clean and pleasant but quite expensive!

LOVED having a kitchenette to actually be able to eat breakfast. Spacious, comfortable, Super close to work. I dont know what it was about the mirror in the bathroom, but all of us found it to somehow show us as the most attractive versions of ourselves we've ever seen. Thrilled by the dishwasher. I'm physically disabled and there was zero issues with the accessibility of the room, (which is, ironically, unusual!) The couch is a futon, Which was very helpful when I had to sleep sitting up because of a few dislocated disks.
While, as a victim of stalking, I feel VERY secure having to use my room key in order to operate the elevators at any time AND all doors after certain hours, I would have loved to have known that BEFORE i shoved my key in my pockets while trying to haul things before and after work. Lamps in sleeping area could be a little more generous in terms of light. all in all, petty complaints that mean nothing to me.

Very convenient to the Amica Pavilion went for my son’s college graduation. Staff was friendly and courteous. Was able to leave car in valet for an xtra $25 after check out while we attended graduation which made things so easy. Would return if I was in the area.
Bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and the pullout sofa had dirty linens left behind.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was clean for the most part. It also had a nice view to the city. As usual, I appreciate the microwave, and the large fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, the room had a working area, and the bathroom was clean. This is a very good option to a Airbnb, and it can be a nice place for longer stays.
I felt that this time, attention to detail was lacking: there was no bath mat and no body wash. The kitchen was clean for the most part, although the upper part of the fridge was very dusty. The coffee machine felt cheap, and a few of the utensils were rusty. Additionally, no room housekeeping was offered or done after my first night.

In general, everything was pretty good! Nice location, diverse breakfast selection, nice and clean room, soft bed and well equipped bathroom.

Hotel seguro, cómodo, limpio, excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo.
Mis visitas a la ciudad de Providence son continuas, mi hijo estudia en esa ciudad.
En más de tres ocasiones el servicio de Vallet del hotel me ha raspado o chocado mi carro (alquilado). Tres veces es bastante!
Solo regreso al hotel porque me es muy conveniente por su ubicacón.

I like that the property was about less than a block away from the Peter Pan bus stop.
It was central to any downtown events or activities taking place.
The breakfast could’ve been a little longer and length of time and a selection could’ve been a little more unique.

Valet parking texting system was down (to retrieve your vehicle). We didn't realize this until we went downstairs, but they went and picked it up just then. Also when our car was parked the doors were not locked. I noticed this when I checked on the vehicle through my vehicles app. I was able to lock remotely.

The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants (vast variety of options), bars and cute stores. The room was extremely clean and comfortable — it was spacious, with enough counter space in the bathroom for two people including an incredible shower. Wonderful facilities! We felt very safe in the hotel as two women traveling alone and took advantage of the great amenities.
Valet parking was overly expensive and I wish there was an alternative parking arrangement. Housekeeping started cleaning rooms as early as 7am on our floor and made a lot of noise which made it difficult for us to sleep late, however, we appreciated their hard work!

Location, breakfast and accommodation especially the full size kitchen and refrigerator. Easy walk to Brown University, Little Italy and the tourist bureau.
The soap containers in the shower - very difficult to read whether it was soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also the ice tray was missing - probably pinched. However it was a delight to go to the bar downstairs for some ice and have a chat to the barman. By the way, if these are the worst things about the hotel, then things are pretty good.

The facilities are new and very nice. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Very Central to everything in Providence. Staff was super friendly
Sadly the shower never got hot enough, it was always warm and probably below 100F since you could never get it to "steam up the room" Also the shower glass does not go long enough, water covered the bathroom floor after every shower, with 4 in people the room was always flooded. Also housekeeping never came and we ran out of towels and bath soap.

Location very convenient to RI Convention Center. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast - hot food and good choices. Enjoyed having full kitchen in room.
Parking expensive. Next time might use offsite discounted convention parking.
