Everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms, the hosts and the food...oh, how heavenly was that food. We will surely return and tell all of our friends to visit you as well!

Me being quite difficult to impress, I left the house feeling like I'm leaving my home after just a couple of days. Initially, I booked it due to the fact that pets are allowed, as I was traveling with my German shepherd - that usually makes it quite difficult to find a place to stay. Despite that, I was made to feel as if I am coming back to old friends instead of arriving to a completely unknown place. The hosts Mariela and Misho are the kindest most hard-working people I've met for the longest time. The moment you step foot in the property you can feel the love used to build and maintain everything. The house is absolutely fantastic and you can see that every detail was well-thought of and balanced. The huge garden makes it even more comfortable to relax, and the high-speed WiFi allows for everyone to work comfortably online. During the summer there's even a pool which is rather unusual for the area and yet cool - while in the colder months the guests can enjoy the multiple activities the area and the hosts can offer. Staying in Bilkarska kashta was not just a B&B stay - it was a lifetime memory that would keep everyone going back there.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. They prepared an amazing, homemade and tasty dinner. Eating dinner at the accommodation is your only option as there are no restaurants in the village but even if there were we would wholeheartedly recommend eating dinner with the hosts. It will be an unforgettable experience!

The road to the accommodation is in bad shape so drive carefully and slowly to avoid potholes and bumps.

Everything was really good. The cosy village house, the kind hosts, the nice garden for our dog to play. And the best thing of all - the incredible, fantastic food that Mariela prepares.

A quiet place, for someone who want to escape fom the routine of every day work and loud of town.

Our stay in the lovely Herbal House was so memorable. The garden is a dream and the pool was very much appreciated in this heat wave. But the food... wow. My husband rated the tomato salad as the best one he had in its life. I loved the home made yogurt and herbal tea (so fresh, the herbs were picked out in the garden). And the meals, we asked to have the second day dinner after savoring the first one. We very much appreciated the welcome and privacy offered by Mariela and her husband.

2 suggestions only: 1) Being the only guests during our stay, we didn't have to share the only fan at the upstairs rooms (which you would need to in the common area). So a fan for each room would be appreciated if all guests are not from the same group/family in the summer heat. 2) More lounge chairs in the garden to try to sit and read in shaded areas.

The full experience at this place was wonderful. Hosts are great, food was very delicious, the yard is amazing. Perfect place for a peaceful vacation or up to 12 people gathering. Highly recommend it!

Amazing location to disconnect from the world and really relax. Don't worry however, they still have wifi! The house has a huge garden with all sorts of trees, herbs and flowers. All you could hear is birds and nature noises and even see the stars at night. The hosts are the warmest people I met in a long time, always making sure you are comfortable and have what you need. They were helpful with recommendations for sightseeing in the area, made us the tastiest home-cooked dinner and breakfast with freshly baked bread and really made us feel at home, so much so that we did not want to leave. We will be going back!
