The property is well located and the pool was cozy.

property have some safety issues, example outlet near the bathroom sink faucet is not GFCI, in case water splashes while using the sink this could be danger. Waterless water heater should be calibrated to a appropriate temp to avoid temperatures that can cause skin burn. it was either to cold or to hot, could not be calibrated. Mirrors (bathroom & room) we’re not secure, the were easily move and can fall and cause harm. Last but not least, having guest with dogs that let them bark at night or during the morning while trying to sleep, relax or enjoy peacefully the view is so disturbing and disrespectful.

The pool was dirty. There was dog hair floating on top and it smelled like dog . The towels were stained .

The area and location were great

There was a hammock above us that kept hitting the balcony because of the wind and all night it kept waking us up every time it hit. Very annoying.

I loved our view we stayed on the third floor we could look out at the ocean. it was peaceful very quiet, had hot water in shower which ran forever which is great.

if only they can get that hot tub really running water is slightly warm it is in nice spot but only if it was hotter. they can also use some vending machines, they have a bar area but it’s not being utilized they could be selling food or drinks. besides that was a great stay

the atmosphere was incredible, I love the decorations and how calm it felt. I’d love to come back and stay longer.

The guesthouse had a lovely view, swimming pool and soaking tub. Unfortunately we were not able to use these facilities due to time constraints. We were very thankful for the private parking lot and felt our car was relatively safe.

The floor in the room was dirty. We walked with bare feet and were left with blackened soles. There were no hand towels, face cloths, or an additional bar of soap (one for sink, one for shower), nor cups in the bathroom (for brushing your teeth). There is no one on site to address any problems. Also, we were not given the wifi and password information until we requested them by text and so were unable to use the tv until the next day when our text was answered. Perhaps these should be made available when confirmation of payment for the rental is made. There were two power outages during the five nights we stayed and the outages were not weather related but we were thankful for the backup generator!

THE SHOWER IS BROKE, water was very hot or very cold

the room we had an awesome view was on 3rd floor had a nice view of the ocean. I enjoyed the easy process of the self check in code emailed to me no issues at all, also the hot water from shower ran for a long time which is plus.

I felt like it could have at least a microwave in all the rooms we were missing that. also I think they should utilize the bar area downstairs just empty over there in that area. another thing get that hot tub up and running what is the point of having it if it doesn’t get hot and have bubbles coming out if it.

The room had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was very spacious and it had a nice kitchen. The pool and hit tub and patio area were very pretty.
