Power off even when I am in room and when I asked receptionist she was having frown face and replied it will be fixed. Secondly , complimentary breakfast when I requested scrambled egg as it was in live counter I have to ask multiple times but hotels staff were serving others. Very bad attitude and I paid the same amount or more than them , see my booking.com profile how many countries I have been too.... where ever I go , Indian receptionist were rude either it is chennai or paris ... it is the same. ... I sincerely not recommend this hotel if you are staying as a single and avoid if you likely to fall into discrimination. Only one male receptionist was very kind to me.

Value for money No-nonsense hotel.. Cubicle concept room fit for good night's sleep, wake up and take bath, have breakfast and leave for work, return, sleep, breakfast....

Noisy room with traffic noise from the adjacent road . Sagging bed.

Room was quite good and decent. Room was tiny but very comfortable.

Bathroom was very tiny. It may be a discomfort for some people.

Room too small, felt claustrophobic... Spl request was done prior for One Bed instead of two, but refused... Felt a bad decision to book here

This stay is definetly not a 4-star stay as they claim. The rooms were too smal and the toilet is too small that once even cant turn inside the room. Food was pathetic and not hygenic. My guest couldn't tolerate facility and service provided. So we had to cancell the remaining two days. Its almost twoo weeks and I'm still waiting for the refund. They are asking me to send the mail for refund again and again to different mail ids. Today I have sent the third mail and waiting for their response. Booking.com should intervene and help to process the refund immediaely.
