The hotel was newly rnovated and spotless. The front desk was very quick at check. This is a small motel but the room had minifrige and microwave in addition to the standard coffee pot. The bed was comfortable. It had basic directTV in addition to having a smart TV. It was a great room for the price for the area. The room was small but way nicer than I was expecting for a room in this price range.

There were only flat foam pillows in the room. Full disclosure-it was late so I didnt ask if feather pillows were an option.

Bed was a little firm for me, but my husband likes firm, so he would say it was great. Really the only thing is the heating was a bit loud, besides that, it was the best stay in Willits I've had so far.

We decided to pull off 101 in Willits due to a significant rain storm. We found this hotel as a last min booking. The front desk staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The bed was awesome. I can't imagine we will ever stay anywhere else if we need to spend a night in Willits in the future!

Despite the somewhat disappointing exterior, the inside of the rooms was great. Lovely decor, clean and the bed was cozy

Great value, super clean, and friendly service. Nice bonus breakfast nook in the room I was in. In comparison to Motel 6 I'd say this was a Motel 25.

We were cancelled a week before our stay due to a “plumbing problem” but were immediately set up with another motel by the Holiday Lodge. The person at HL even called the day before to make sure it was working at the other motel.

Motel manager on arrival said that I booked a smoking room which I did not. He argued with me and scrolled thru my apple device but couldn’t find any proof that I booked a smoking room. Why do they even offer such rooms. He finally came thru with a sub par room that stunk with only two bath towels. Why can’t managers greet travelers with an attitude of gratitude.? Also the bathroom door didn’t close securely. I’ll bet this room was a spare below standard room that the manager uses in such situations.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was large. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water but low water pressure.

The heater was so loud, we couldn't watch tv. Street traffic was very noisy. Taco Bell has a drive through next door. Heard constant vehicle noise, even over the loud heater. If traffic noise doesn't bother you. This is a good place.

love it but have a hold on my card still for room on bookings .com. I paid cash so they canceled it but hold still here. I need my balance back please
