Overall good stay

Didn't have a jacuzzi tub like I was expecting.

The room was on the ground floor which is very convenient because I have arthritis

The breakfast can be a little better and the room can be update by removing the old carpet

I enjoyed the peace and quiet

Clean, very comfortable bed

Pool and spa not functioning. Price should have been discounted.

Beds were warm and comfortable. Room was well set-up with microwave and refrigerator. Room was clean and temperature was good and included both heat and air conditioning.. The hotel grounds were well kept.

Could hear talking and running of water in other rooms. There were people talking in the parking lot both late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast bag that was given out in the morning had a burrito in it that was tiny and had very little taste. The shutters on the windows looked good but did not do the job of shutting out the light.

The. Heater fan never went off all night long … the sound of it was distracting

Refrigerator was disgusting! They have a 48 hr cancellation policy. I was up for work and when the job stopped abruptly I got to pay for two extra nights.

The staff was very kind and welcoming.

Everything else can definently be updated,it was extremely hot in our room as the a.c. only went to 68 degrees and even with the window opened it was still way too hot.As well as very loud people screaming and laughing as if they were on narcotics.

The location was between the Avenue of the Giants and Calistoga. I could have stayed in Ukiah. I would have more hotel selections, and places to eat, etc.

This hotel may have been okay by Willits' standard, but it did not reach expectations. This was suppose to be the best hotel I stayed in on this trip. But it failed. Never in my life had I stayed in a room where the toilet seat was chipped, the timer for the hot tub was broken off, and management refused to honor their word. This place advertises $5 off coupons for breakfast, but made no attempt to support their advertising. Basically, they blew it off. Secondly, they had a dispute with the restaurant (who they had worked out an arrangement) to provide specific meals with a $5 off coupon per person. The restaurant has been stiffed by patrons.

No food service at all. Location was great. Very quiet.
