great location big rooms for hk standard comfortable beds and strong water pressure on shower

the safe box is out of order that’s why my variable things I can not place there, and also Housekeeper schedule is not flexible or to late in cleaning the room according to front desk they started at 10:00 am

excellent location for transport, no matter for MTR, buses, trams or taxi. Excellent location also for food, no matter it’s quick food like McDonald’s, or typical hk wanton noodles, or mor classy restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stay in the bigger room, like the double washing basins and the long working table.

Location is excellent. Easy access to MTR, buses, tram and taxi. Concierge is helpful. Spacious and clean. Would book again when next visiting HK.

Mould in bathroom grout and light cover fittings in the bathroom ceilings and dusty in room shelves needs to be looked into. Strong smell from side of toilet bowl drainage. I poured boiling hot water into it daily and it eliminated the problem. Otherwise room facilities is great and room servicing staff as well as reception was excellent and hospitable. Special mention to the security who kindly walked around the block to get me a taxi... That is another small challenge when departing but thanks to the kind security. Perhaps a standard SOP to assist guest on this would enhance further your services. Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely recommend and stay again when I am back next year.

Control of room lighting by remote or from beside would be great.

Great locations with lot of public transportation includes MTR, busses. Room size is big compares to same price hotels

Excellent location!

reception staff are all unfriendly.. and looked unhappy as hotel relation staff.. I felt not welcoming to visit. However cleaner lady and ground floor securities are very friendly!!
