Very calm and peaceful place just 3 min by car from central part of Vieste. Beautiful view to the olive hills, a lot of extra entertainment - great swimming pool with view, table tennis, outdoor gym and playground, parking and olive Grove. And what's the most important - very nice people. Wish to return back here!

The place is clean and newly refurbished. Excellent pool and nice breakfast (although you may need to ask for things). BUT, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to extend my stay on booking.com and since all the rooms were taken, I asked whether they had something off platform. They said yes, if I was willing to take something without a kitchen for the same price, which I was. Only, the room they gave me had a narrow single bed instead of a king size (I wasn't told), the internet wasn't working when I moved rooms at 11 am and they didn't fix it until the evening despite my repeated requests. Then the icing on the cake: when I went to settle the bill the following morning I discovered the price had been rounded up by a few euros plus I was charged 5 euros for the use of air conditioning (!) which is something I wasn't warned about and therefore refused to pay. In response, they became weird when I requested a receipt, which was only sent to me after a follow up email a day later. This was in the context of general unfriendliness... basically every time I enquired about something - the remote for the air conditioning, the internet, directions to the beach etc - I felt like I was bothering them. So yeah, nice place if you don't want / need to interact with anyone even for the smallest thing and you make sure that all the arrangements are made online and in advance. If the place is unavailable on booking.com... move on to the next B&B.
