-location right in front of the beach and not too far from the historic center -balcony with nice chairs and table -corner sea view was amazing -starry lights in the bathroom -overall style of the room is very nice -free Netflix! -TV was quite big -AC worked very well -size of the room and bathroom

Overall very good experience! If I had to find some improvement areas I would say: recycling bins in the corridor is nice but a bin in the room would be much more convenient + the shower drain was a bit clogged which was kind of gross

position is at beach front and close to most of the places, Alghero center is within 1 km (walking distance). staff very gentle and helpful

It is in an excellent location, everything is very close, restaurants, beach, bars, harbour and even the old town is in walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was extremely stylish and confortable and the coffee was great. I highly recommend this place.

We only could partially see the sea from the balcony.

location across beach is very nice, super markets very close. private parking 5€/night was great. we could use a sun umbrella of the host, which was very kind. coffee capsules included in the room (2 per day, more on request based on availability of the host, who is of course not all day onsite)

Towel exchange "every 3 days". We stayed in another guest room in Sardinia before with the same rule, there we received fresh towels during 3rd day of our stay (3rd day, after 2 nights). Here it means on day 4 after 3 nights, we stayed sunday to wednesday and no towel exchange was possible, except after some discussion we received towels as a "favor" of the employee (which we do appreciate). We were told after 4 years we were the first guests to misunderstand the rules and they see no need to clarify it better on booking.com to avoid confusion of future guests. We had suggested it especially since the same rule in different Sardinian guest rules is applied differently. We got the towels, but its not nice as a guest if the host makes you feel that you are stupid before helping you with a request, its unprofessional and left a bit of a sour note for us on the otherwise really nice stay in this apartment. Hard to understand why someone would refuse to take a feedback and make a rule more clear in the online description

Great room, Coffee making as well. TV with Netflicks and a spa bath. Federica who met us at the apartment was lovely and spoke great English. All in all a great place to stay and the right location. Alghero is a lovely town and to be recommended. The balcony overlooked the sea albeit the road too but it's a great vantage point.

I suppose if being overly critical the road is a little noisy but at night it's not a problem.
