Tout est très bien pensé. Cadre exceptionnel et très confortable ! Personnel professionnel, réactif et très sympathique. Logement en duplex pour 4 personnes très agréable et bien équipé (climatisation réversible), eau chaude et nécessaire de toilette à disposition dont peignoirs, bouilloire, sachets de thé, café, sucre, frigo, terrasse privée. Tallal à la réception était top, souriant et très avenant. Il a partagé un moment en soirée avec nous et nous a demandé de rester davantage lors de notre départ. Expérience enrichissante avec une météo très clémente fin novembre 2023. Excursion proposée dans le désert mémorable également en 4x4 avec Chèker notre guide (repas inclu en plein désert). Cet établissement possède son propre parking. Nous avions loué un véhicule durant notre séjour en Jordanie. Une personne nous attendait à proximité afin de le suivre (à l'arrivée et au départ) à travers le désert sur un parcours bien pensé. N'hésitez surtout pas ! Cet établissement existe depuis 2019

Repas au Dîner servi à table sans dessert mais c'est un détail. Wifi ou 4G moyens mais en plein désert c'est tout à fait normal

- Location is great as everywhere in Wadi Rum desert I believe)) - Easy to get by car and park in front of the hotel - Staff at reception was generally helpful, but they used to forget certain things couple of times. - We took a 4 hours Jeep tour and camel ride and we’ve been quite happy with our experience. Especially Jeep tour! - We’ve got a front Martian dome, which had a nice view. Not all domes have similar view though… - Despite domes are quite shabby and ascetic, having a hot water and electricity in desert is amazing! - Shisha was great.

- The Martian domes look old and shabby in reality. Both from the outside and inside. Inside they are quite ascetic. Another problem is that during the day it is very hot and stuffy inside the domes. - We were expecting more from the breakfast and dinner, but instead it was self-serviced buffet and no drinks (even water) were included into the dinner price, which was a bit of a shock for us. - We tried to book a balloon flight upfront, but the hotel told us to book on arrival. However on arrival they told me that we should have better booked upfront and the price is already up, which was quite frustrating. - We felt a lack of bedouins hospitality and atmosphere. Everything was for extra charge. There were no organised activities onsite. At least we didn’t spot any.

We liked scenery, sunset, sunrise, private tent, good bed, dinner and breakfast of high quality. They helped us to book jeep and camel tours. Jeep tour was exceptional. People at the lodge are very kind and helpful. Air conditioners are very helpful.

Loved this stay! Thank you for everything! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! I am so glad i had chose n this hotel! It made our 1 day stay just perfect! Rooms were super comfortable and very nice and helpful stuff.

The hotel was a bit old! The tours around the desert should be with a guide more informative or knowledgeable.

The staff very friendly. They treated me excellent. I would stay at the hotel again.

The wifi only worked inside the lobby. They could improve the range.
