Room is dirty, no water in a shower, there was no toilet paper. Toilet and shower room is dirty.

NOTHING! OUR STAY THERE IS TERRIBLE! DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! 🤬

I think the water in the comfort room came from a deep well, the drainage is clogged. We weren't able to sleep on our 1st night 'coz the gate was locked and no ones opening the gate. They also didn't answer the landline and their mobile phone.

It was the most terrible experience ever! Booked the room thinking that I got it on a good price, ended up paying almost half of the original booking price when I got to the reception. Too many gotchas on top of the amount stated on my confirmation email hey??? The lady at the reception was nice and apologetic though, not her fault anyway. The toilet seat was wrecked by the way and the owner did not even bother changing it for the guests comfort. Absolutely horrible! Never again staying there! ever!!! Won't recommend.
