Good to reach by the car.

I left some money in the console box of the car. The Valet parking boy took all the money. It was new year's day, I had to pay the extra fee for the dinner gala show. But I haven't participated. It should be cleary mentioned at the booking step. Very unpleasant experience.

Difficult to sleep because you hear everything both from the corridor and the street.

Room size is good. Overall good experience.

Food quality is average. Restaurant service needs to improve. 3 times wrong service is not okay. Toilet, wash basin and bath area needs sharper focus. The stains will get worse very soon if not cared for.

Location. Very accessible to most of the places and easy to call OLA at anytime. It's in center of everything whether it's site seeing or shopping.

Cleanliness. I booked two rooms for my family. One of the rooms where my parents were staying did not have clean bathroom since beginning of our stay. There was some odor coming from the toilet area. We reported that right away and they did try to clean it couple of times with no success. Despite of not cleaning it up, they did not offer any additional help for two days. finally I had to ask them to change our room. They did with some trouble to us during changing. Front desk person did not communicate that well with housekeeping staff which lead to confusion and frustration. I did not get any discount for my room charges for this trouble too!

I stayed here for two nights. - overall the room is big and comfortable, quite clean. - breakfast spread and dinner buffet was also pretty good.

- the hotel is located on a busy street so during peak traffic getting to the hotel could take some patience. - the sound proofing in my room was not great and rooms full of traffic noise - about 50 to 60 dB until about 11pm. I had good ear plugs so it was still manageable, though sporadic sounds woke me throughout the night.

Room was spacious and clean.

I stayed for 4 nights. On day 3, no hand towel and foot towel provided. On day 4, still no hand towel. Toiletries like shampoo and bsth gel were not replaced daily. Luckily we brought our own bath gel and shampoo.
