Près de la plage, avec vue sur l’étang du Grazel. Lieu très bien situé donc, à 15 mn à pied du port, sur un parcours bord de mer très bien aménagé. Effectivement, les escaliers sont raides mais l’ensemble du logement reste pour autant très agréable, à l’image de son propriétaire. De quoi se garer sur place.

L'accueil cordial et la disponibilité du propriétaire toujours à l'écoute. La décoration agréable qui rajoute un must à l'équipement complet et au confort général. La vue sur l'avant-port à partir de la terrasse où l'on peut prendre ses repas. Le parking et la situation du logement qui permet des déplacements faciles. Un market pas loin ce qui est très pratique.

Un petit bémol, l'escalier en colimaçon qui relie le RDC (chambres et commodités) à l'étage (salon), ce qui n'est pas forcément très praticable pour les seniors.

Lovely apartment for our family of 5, Location is perfect - the view from the balcony was beautiful. Very happy with our stay Thomas the owner was really helpful too and the bikes were a real plus. Great shower too.

Stairs like reviews said is really really steep. Just have to be very careful going up and down.

balcony with immediate sea view. convenient parking, bikes to borrow, comfortable rooms with well fitted kitchen, friendly helpful host, fantastic air conditioning (given 35+ degree temperatures almost an essential) - in fact almost everything!!

the stairs to the lounge/kitchen were very steep with shallow treads - the host did highlight this to us and after a few days we had all acclimatized to using them. but for this the rating would have been a sure fire 10.

The quality and distinct nature of the decor. The warmth of the hosts welcome and the extras: Parking:Bicycles:Outdoor grill: Stunning balcony and living area: comfortable beds and great air conditioning: Finally really charming and aimiable hosts. This property excels and deserves the highest accolades.

we coped with the staircase but it’s lethal- I would say 80 degree angle.. really needs a spiral staircase in

It was clean, well equipped and lovely sea views.

It was a 2 storey house and the steps to the living area were like a step ladder! It was a bit out of the way.

The appartment is close to the sea and has nice views from the terrace. Very quiet. Grussan's old village is just 10 minutes by car and Narbonne just 15-20 minutes. The appartment is new and nice. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary cooking utensils and a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern and has a comfortable shower. Beds are also comfortable. Tomas is very friendly and helpful, he made our stay very pleasant!

The stairs to go to the upper floor could be better.
