Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable in excellent location on the port within easy walking access of local restaurants and bars. Good value for money ey for 3 star hotel. Convenient private parking.

Nothing in particular, although the hotel bar opening hours seemed a little erratic.

room and parking were not as advertised. If the advert says, hotel has parking. That doesn’t mean 400m down the road in a public car park!

The view and the employees at the hotel were amazing. it felt like they could cater to our every need and deserve a lot of praise! The rooms are a bit outdated and worn and could use an update and some paint, but the blinders, AC and bathroom were absolutely in working condition so no complaints! We rented bikes and got a secure parking just for bicycles which was a huge bonus!

A little outdated and worn. There were some places where the paint was chipping off and some markings on the wall etc. But you don’t go to Gruissan to stay inside at the hotel so it was no big deal.

very bad experience, paid 20 EUR to charge my Tesla during only 90 min. they reserved the charging station for a non electric car which illustrate well how bad things are. I could have charged my car overnight fully (not 20% in 90 min in the morning ) with their long cable but they were not willing to help clearly. receptionist was unable to explain how service worked and I spoke then to owner next day which talk me I misunderstood as he was listening in the back but did not came to help neither. my wife and I heard clearly it was impossible to charge car until tomorrow 11:30 when car leaves. he could still made a gesture and charge less than 20 EUR for 1h30 of charging which is double what you pay at a Tesla supercharger!!

Great reception staff always available particularly on late arrival. Sophie was very professional and dedicated.

enjoyed the stay very much, and the view from our room great, parking was exactly what we needed, we will definately be back, have already recommended the Hotel and our friends have just been and loved it as well.

Thank you for the hospitality and courtesy of the receptionist! Also a big plus is the presence of a bath in the room, especially on a cold evening! Note the comfortable beds.

Room was a makeshift room off a corridor at the side of reception, one tiny window, the fan in the bathroom stayed on for almost an hour after you turned the lights out and there was a room next door with only a very thin wall separating that you could hear snoring through. The breakfast the receptionist claimed was very good was pretty basic.

Nice location by the water close to the village. Confortable room with balcony facing the marina. Staff was kind.
