The location is good. It's at a walking distance of 15 mins from Bengaluru SMVT Railway Station. So if you want to catch a train, it's your best bet. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is shabby in its ambience, and extremely unclean. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The staff ostentatiously cleaned the room upon reporting, but to no result. They don't even provide basic amenities like towels and soaps by default. On asking for a soap, we were given one though.
Basically the hotel is okay for one night's stay, but not beyond that.

Very nice hotel, rooms are complete with all basic amenities like toiletries beautiful bed linens & pillows, tea maker etc. Food is good too.

Room was nice.
Room Service was very Poor. Not Even Drinking water provided, Neither Bathing Towel. After asking them about this they provided the same. Towel was about to tear off.
