Very accessible to LRT 2-Gilmore station, Robinsons Magnolia mall, a few convenience stores and public transpo. Host is easy to talk to.
Rude security guards both on the main entrance and parking, temporarily no seating sofa set, and small roaches in the living and kitchen area. I believe in the strictness of security for those who live in a condominium building but that doesn’t warrant the security personnels to be rude towards guests who made their reservations right and who have coordinated properly with the unit’s host.

Host and co-host were very accommodating, easy to communicate with, considerate, and gave detailed explanation regarding the room, house rules, and room access process. The unit was huge and homey. Very well decorated and everything was functional (Tablet, XBox, hair dryer, furniture, appliances including TVs, aircon, etc) and clean. Beddings and towels were also provided.
The unit needs pest control (just saw small cockroaches in bathroom). All in all, everything was great.

Cozy unit, homey, and relaxing. The place is clean, no foul smell, and well maintained. It's a good place to return to after a tiring day out. There's a laundry shop and massage parlor at the ground floor. The public transport jeepney is just outside the building, quite hard to book Grab in Philippines but fairly easy to flag taxis on the road. The aircon is well maintained and cools the whole place in a few minutes.
Things to improve: use self check-in, there are lots of small cockroaches even though the unit is clean, generally the main area of the building doesn't seem to be clean. Soap and shampoo provided looks old, clumpy, and low quality.

We like the location. Its near the big malls, near the LRT. It's quiet, comfy & neat. Enough for our whole family with 3 small kids.

The beds are comfortable and A/C is working well. Bathroom is super clean. It is recommended for longer stay if you plan to visit the Metro. The 7/11 & the secured keycard entry at the entrance are also a plus. Bonus treat is the short distance to a mall. Place is quiet including the corridor so you'll definitely get a good rest.

My kids loved the whole place. It's was comfy and very entertaining! Since I'm there to celebrate my birthday it was very homey. The owner is very nice too and easy to work with. Tita is also very nice and patient. I feel blessed! Thank you for the birthday gift Sir Gene! 😍
I felt bad that the AC on the room failed to work but it's totally fine. It didn't make our stay less satisfying. I just hope there was a microwave to heat things up. 😁

Comfortable stay, clean beds and 2 tvs are definitely a plus.
Some of the equipments are not working and/or hard to setup (xbox, karaoke) which is a bummer since that is exactly why I booked the place. The caretaker doesn't seem to know what to do and failed to answer some of our questions. Also, there's no salt and sugar in the unit which is essential for cooking. No microwave oven either. I wish the owner may want to consider removing too much clutter or unnecessary accessories and add more important and useful things in the unit which will improve the overall staying experience.

Very responsive host. Beds were comfy and checking in was smooth. Good size for small family with a kid. Netflix was a bonus and strong water pressure. Pool was nice too. You need to pay extra for pool use. Food place near the area and BDO , 711.

• Need to upgrade the a/c unit, especially the one in the 2nd room with double deck bed. It is already emitting an uncomfortable noisy sound.
