good breakfast. quiet neighborhood. parking. very friendly staff.

I prefer smaller hotels and really liked this one. Not only was it very clean, but there were also fresh, fragrant lilies in the lobby and another hallway, which made it smell really nice. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and eggs could be cooked to order.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like here.

Arrived early after our flight and we’re kindly given a room right away. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff were very friendly.

🚫 The swimming pool is there for decoration only The Arctic Sea of Greenland is nothing compared to its temperature 🤣.... If I entered in it I could register myself as a walrus... -1P -breakfast is not too good. Especially that the bakery products don't have a 'fresh' feeling at all. More likely they were prepared days before. Juices are OK but very dilluted. - 1P -smart tv in room very slow and sometimes has problems connecting to wifi - 1P

Loved the balcony in the Junior Suite. Great breakfast. Quiet. Staff was super accommodating bringing me hot water to make tea, extra blankets, an iron, etc…

Chairs in common areas and rug on stairs are covered in plastic, is a bit tacky.

Very clean and comfortable and attentive staff. All you would expect from a hotel at this price.

Rooms are big and comfortable; very clean place.

The pool is too cold and breakfast is too basic (no dairy and sugar free options).

I like how big the rooms are, the bathroom. air conditioner and blow dryer worked very well.

for me it wasn’t a issue, but something to be aware of, it’s the shower. water indeed is hot but make sure it’s the right temperature before you enter. I had to make sure my kids did the same. also the internet upstairs was not reliable. but as I was on vacation, I checked my stuff downstairs and came to my room and just forgot about cellphone altogether.

- helpful staff; - liked the evening manager on the day of departure, very kind, helped to call a taxi, tried to help in every way he could; - good location, close to many restaurants, bars, the area is decent enough.

- poor soundproofing in the rooms; - Poor breakfasts; - very dirty swimming pool; - swimming pool without heating; - the rooms have old furniture, old bedding, etc.; - the rooms are very cold

Extremely friendly staff and an an excellent location. the hotel has a nice aesthetic going on.

There is no insulation in the rooms whatsoever so I could hear everything from any room. I could hear the noisy kids of the guests next to my room, the cellphones going off from guests in rooms even farther away. it made you feel like you lacked privacy. Also the window lock was broken in my room, and since it was in the first floor, anyone could have slid the window open and steal my stuff. Unfortunately I noticed this on the day I had to leave so I couldn’t report it to staff. Luckily no bad actor noticed and my stuff didn’t get stolen.

The breakfast was great! They had lots of different breads and fruit to try. They also would make you scrambled eggs and ham if you wanted it. They had different fruit drinks and hot drinks you could make as well. The staffed was so helpful and friendly! I think it's been one of the nicest staffs we've ever dealt with! Very accommodating and helpful. Someone said on another review that there wasn't any hot water. There actually is hot water. You just have to let the water run for a minute or two then turn on the cold water to get the right temperature. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful garden inside the courtyard.

A very nice and clean place. The pool area and the sauna will give you the time to relax and enjoy the temperatures in Cochabamba. The gym is small but you will find nice treadmills inside.
