El personal muy amable. El equipamiento en los baños. Tenían todo, crema, shampoo, cepillo de dientes, kits de varias cosas. Incluso nos dieron pasta de dientes de cortesía porque no habíamos llevado. Un frigobar bien surtido.

El desayuno muy pobre. El personal muy amable pero justo cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que esperar un rato. Tampoco atendían las llamadas.

The staff is very courteous and the location is quite central. Though the neighbourhood seems a little dodgy after sundown- it's quite safe. Numerous landmarks are within walking distance especially for those who enjoy exploring the city on foot The rooms are comfortable and since the free wifi was not very strong the team at the front office were prompt in helping me with a wifi extender in my room for my work related commitments. The breakfast is a decent spread.

- Their in-house coffee shop was shut - The free wifi was poor (though the staff helped with an solution- the default system is slow)
