Muy limpio. Bien equipado. Mobiliario moderno. Buena ubicación.

La ubicación es extraordinaria, el apartamento súper cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana de esquí. El personal fue mas que atento en todo momento, tanto con la gestión del apartamento, como con la gestión del forfait, alquiler de equipos y clases, por lo que quedamos súper agradecidos con todo el equipo. El hecho de tener parking es un puntazo porque aunque no había problemas para aparcar en la zona de pago de la calle, facilita mucho que esté incluido y sobre todo, que nos permitieran dejar el coche más ratito después del check out.

Nos gustó todo.

Room was very tight, just big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids

Everything was great

From pradollano to hotel I had to go up loads of steps, and due to my knee it was quite hard. There is a ski lift but due to long queue we, preferred to do it walking. Should have taken the lift lol 😆

Rocío's friendliness upon arrival and willingness to help us. We arrived there in the morning and went in to ask recommendations as to where to park until check in time at 5 pm. She checked availability in the building and there were a few spots available so she let us park the car inside the garage early so we didn't have to worry while we went skiing, that was very sweet and helpful of her and we sincerely appreciated it. Also, the location of the apartment is just a short walk to the chair lift that takes you down to the main village, very convenient.

Apartment rules stated that we needed to dispose of our own trash at the end of our stay and leave any dishes we used washed as well. That alone is not usual to ask of the guests in the hospitality business. But we were quite disappointed to find out in the evening, when we arrived ready to go to bed tired from skiing all day, that the bed had not even been made, they simply left the sheets and pillow cases on top of the cover for us, the guests, to make our own bed. We only stayed one night and we weren't going to let that ruin our stay but having to wash dishes, take out the trash and make our own bed for the price we paid was definitely not OK for us. So I don't think we could repeat or recommend to anyone else. The location and the indoor parking included sold us. If only management provided better cleaning and guests services it would make a huge difference.

The flat is ok for two persons. The view is fantastic. The beds could be better and the kitchen utensils needs to be updated.
