Took time to get the keys and didn’t like waiting outside for them to arrive

The property was very spacious, well equipped and was in a good quiet location.

Lift only went to floor 6 but the accommodation was floor 7 so had to take the stairs.

location was great. view was very good there was a park nearby and you can reach out to center after a short nice walk

1st night the apartment was very good, the owner said the central heating was shut off so there was no way to heat the apartment, I woke up trembling in the middle of the night. 2nd day the owner said we could use the AC then we could heat up the apartment. not sure why AC was not available on the first night you go up with the elevator and you need to climb another floor to reach to the apartment

The 2 bedroom Apartment is beautiful, with everything you need when away from home. The location is perfect, in the historical area within walking distance to all main attractions, Piazza Grande & Ferrari Modena and fabulous restaurants close by. It's a 9 min walk to the train station. It also has a lift which is very handy with the luggage since you are on the top floor with great views from the lounge and bedrooms. The owner Paolo very helpful and accommodating, greeted me at the train station as I was on my own and showed me around the apartment.

Amazing place, really comfortable and large accomodation in a great location close to all attractions. The host was great and check-in was easy, I hope to stay again soon!

The location was great. Steps from the old town center. Easy walk to the Ferrari museum and the train station.

Perfect apartment located in an excellent proximity to the historic city center of Modena. You can get to the main piazza's for aperitivi and food in less than 5 mins walking time. Apartment has everything one would need on their travels, from ironing board to washing machine to air conditioning to cooking utensils. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and comfy bed + roomy bathroom. Netflix enabled TV as well, with terrific wifi connection! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city of Modena.
