Esta hermosa casa se encuentra a menos de 30 pies de la orilla de la bahía de Narraguagus donde uno puede sentarse y ver los barcos de langosta, focas, águilas, y disfrutar de toda la belleza de la vida en el océano.
Cuando no está disfrutando de la vista y relajarse en la terraza, se puede disfrutar de un corto trayecto en coche (45 minutos) a Bar Harbor, el Parque Nacional Acadia, Rogue Bluff, o el senderismo local. Usted nunca se aburrirá en sus vacaciones !.
Durante su visita a Milbridge se puede cenar en restaurantes de la zona (44 grados y la Casa Milbridge), hacer un recorrido por el mar con un pescador de langosta local o tener langostas sobre la cubierta, siempre desde el pescador de langostas más grandes y mejores de la zona!
La casa cuenta con una cocina, sala de entretenimiento, sala de estar con vista al océano, terraza grande, 2 habitaciones con cama principal (una con cama king y otra con cama queen), un sofá cama y una sala para niños con dos Dos camas individuales (y otro extraíble). En adicional la casa está equipada con todas las necesidades de cocción de modo que usted no tiene que comer fuera cada noche mientras disfruta de la vista al final del día!
La ubicación es muy privada y fuera de la carretera con una amplia zona de césped para que los niños tienen un montón de espacio para jugar con seguridad sin las preocupaciones de tráfico. This place was absolutely perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a short 2 night, 3 day trip but everything was perfect. It was quiet, the sunrise was AMAZING, the ocean view is incredible and the yard is massive. I saw a review about not having AC, But let me tell you, you do not need it! Just having the windows open was the perfect breeze and totally comfortable. And there are plenty of box fans to use in case you want a little more air. The best part about this place is being dog friendly!! We have a 60 pound husky mix and finding a place that he can stay with us is super hard. He loved running around the yard and laying out on the deck. It was absolutely amazing, i couldnt recommend it anymore!

We had a great visit here. The location is a perfect gateway for friends or families. We captured a beautiful sunrise and a beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back again.

This house is great with one exception. It has no air conditioning and it was very hot the week that we were there. The first night we were there it was 78 degrees at 10 pm when we went to bed. Some windows did not have screens. If you rent this location be sure to deal with the mother and father of Jeremy because Jeremy is the MOST RUDE person I have ever dealt with on VRBO. He did not care that I had issues to discuss and would not listen. Immediately he told me to just check out and he would give me refund. I appreciate the fact that he offered a refund which I did not accept because the view is fantastic at this location and I did not want to find another place to stay. I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM JEREMY AGAIN! On the other side I have to say that his parents are very nice people and brought an extra fan to the house which helped with the unbearable heat.

When the listing said pet friendly I wasn’t ready for the cat smell that met us when we opened the door. It was impossible for us to get comfortable with that smell. This house does not have the feel of a true STR it is more like staying in someones home, instead of a rental. We had four nights reserved and paid for, we left after the first night. We went further down the coast and had to pay for 3 nights in a hotel. Refrigerator was full of condiments, and cabinets full of personal goods, including bathroom.

Great view from inside and on the deck. Very peaceful. Note: The fishermen get started early so there was a little noise before sunrise but it was not at all a problem. Enjoyed exploring the area. Wish we could have stayed a day or two longer. Did not get to try anything from Chipman's Wharf next door but it was recommended more than once. Maybe next time.

We had a nice time. My son and his girlfriend flew in from Arizona and they stayed with me and hubby in the main house . My daughter and her wife stayed with their 3 dogs in guest house. Worked out well. Guest house description a little misleading. The picture on VRBO is a house next door that was not the guest house but it was fine.

We loved the natural views from this waterfront property. We even saw an eagle flying overhead. The house met all our needs and gave us some wonderful seclusion. We enjoyed are stay. This home is a little over an hour to Bar Harbor.

We enjoyed our stay in authentic, non-touristy Maine! The house was nice and in a safe area. We enjoyed meals on the deck when it was warm enough! Though the drive to Acadia Nat'l Park got a little long on some days, it also allowed us to find some amazing hidden gems we never would have found if we stayed closer to the park (esp Tidal Falls Preserve, with its hundreds of starfish, and spotting otter on Little Moose Island!). We are thankful for the opportunity to stay here!

I picked this place because of the deck and location. We loved sitting out on the deck watching the lobster boats come and go. We loved the privacy of the location of the property. We came to Maine to enjoy the lobster and we couldn't have picked a better place than Milbridge. Everyone in the town was friendly and helpful. They told us where we could get our lobster at a reasonable price. We had lobster everyday for seven days. The home was nice and comfortable . I would highly recommend vacationing here.

This location was exactly what I was looking for to experience Maine! So much fun watching the fisherpeople come and go, really close to Acadia and the fantastic seafood from Chipmans Wharf. The cottage had everything one would need to do anything. Great communication from the hosts. All in all an excellent experience!

The property is absolutely gorgeous with a great view at all times. Some updating is needed or may already be in progress but it had all the essentials to start off a vacation for the most part. My dogs were both content and could roam freely. We have some great memories to take with us from here.

Was exactly what we wanted! Big lawn, deck, fire pit, accessable fishing dock and easterly views for perfect sunrise paintings! Kitchen was big enough for the 6 of us to cook. We had to shovel some snow/ice off the deck, but still was great. We were warm and cozy! Thank you

This home has wonderful views of a working harbor and small lobster community. House is situated overlooking the water on a fairly large piece of land, private, yet only 5 minutes from nice little town of Milbridge. Kitchen is very well-stocked, two super comfortable living room areas with TVs (if you get bored of the outstanding views from all windows), older house but well-maintained, very clean. Outside deck is spacious and gated for safety for pets and children. Owner’s parents live nearby so if you have any questions or need anything very accessible. Overall, great home within driving distance for day trips north to Lubec or south to Acadia.

Sunrises are amazing. Nights are silent & peaceful. Local fishermen busy at the pier throughout the day. House super-clean and has everything needed for a great stay - comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor space, & lots of puzzles & games. Grocery store is a short drive to town. Acadia about an hour away. Perfect for day trips. Fishing wharf just half a mile down the road sells seafood & has a good selection of gift store type merchandise for sale. Fall colors beyond beautiful. Host very helpful. Turns out most people print their vehicle pass for Acadia before their trip. Host suggested printing at local library. Saves time when entering the park. Saw a pair of loons on the bay, osprey nest near Corea, and bald Eagle in Acadia. Only challenge was taking dog on walks. Road is fairly busy. Overall a wonderful spot for experiencing Maine!

Great visit. Felt very much at home. House is well equipped/supplied. Views are amazing. Quiet, spacious house and surrounding land. Fun to watch lobster fishers come and go. Took two days in Acadia NP - wonderful - a comfortable one-hour drive. Spent third day in Milbridge - walked goodly distance on Downeast Sunrise Trail and had super lobster. A peaceful and energizing visit.

The setting was gorgeous. Right on the water with a wharf to the right. House was set back from the road and was very quiet. The house was clean, warm and cozy. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It is about an hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park but was an easy drive. The house could use some updating but was comfortable. The listing said we would receive a gift basket and postcard but there wasn’t one upon our arrival. It is easy to drive by the place so maybe some kind of a marking would have been helpful. All in all, I would recommend this place especially if you like quiet and the peacefulness of the water.

Family had a great time at the rental . House was clean and Jeremy great. Was concerned at first no AC but was fine after first day as was concerned sleeping with windows opened being from NY. Cool ocean breeze and great views. Only downside is proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia but the house makes up for it. Thank you again to Jeremy for making visit great as we look forward all year to time away

This home and property were beautiful. My nephew loved watching the boats and picking fresh blueberries everyday. Of course the proximity of fresh seafood from Chipmans was a plus for us as well. Jeremy was quick to respond with some last minute changes to our trip and was beyond accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting his father who helps maintain the property and he was also very pleasant and a great guy to have a conversation with. We cant wait to return.
