The property was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Heidi was very responsive to our questions. The only issue we had was the internet/cable. It was very unreliable despite being reset several times. This made it difficult for my husband and our friend to work from the house and we had to use hotspots or go to a local Starbucks to access internet. Other than that, the house was perfect for our group.

We enjoyed our week at this lovely home. It's in a terrific location just a half block from Tierra Verde Lake Park. Everything was clean and nice and even better than the pictures. From great coffee to pool toys -- the place had everything we could want. Lounging by the pool in December was a special treat coming from Washington state. We also found the hosts to be extremely accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this home if you're visiting Phoenix.

The house and stay itself were great, agent was fantastic and on top of everything, the house was clean and friendly, the only downside I had noticed was parking was to small for a full size pickup so had to park outside of fence, and a stray cat that sprayed my truck and surrounding areas of yard every night. Other than that the house was great.

My dog and I came to Arizona for my birthday to go see the Phillies play the Diamondbacks. We stayed here and just had the most relaxing time! The pool is amazing in the summer desert heat. We took walks around the lake every morning (which is right up the street) and even went hiking in the mountains. We also walked to the nearby restaurants for breakfast and lunch. This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood and provided a relaxing retreat for me and my puppers.

Everything you could want or need.
What an amazing place to stay. Had everything needed right down to the kitchen appliances. It really opened up my options to have access to something like a blender, or any of the pots and pans, or even the 2 types of coffee machines. It really is a home away from home. Clean and comfortable. Personally I was quite pleased with the pool. It's very rare for a 6'6" individual to enjoy a pool with a deep end that I couldn't touch bottom without going under. Quiet community and neighbors. Close to just about anywhere you would want to go. Would very much stay here again if I ever get the chance.

This home was amazing! The home itself if just how pictured and the outdoor spaces made for an great gathering place. It is in a great location near many restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed this home and would recommend to all.

great little get away
Overall, our stay was great. House was clean, the smell of new carpet, and had essential items for a stay. As it got closer to our arrival, I was unsure of the check-in process. I was finally got an email from the actual homeowner which made the process seamless. The property management company indicated they had emailed information, but I had not received it. Not a deal breaker, but a little frustrating.

Perfect location for golf, baseball & outdoor adventures! The house is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool and relaxed outside while bbq-ing. We all can’t wait to come back to this fantastic house.

Phoenix Engagement Party Trip
The house was great. Really good location and neighborhood. Clean and well put together home. Heidi and Steve were super host. Easy to reach , quick to respond and most accommodating. They even sent the kids some awesome cookies. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Phoenix.

Delighted with the Litchfield area in Goodyear
We came to Arizona to help with my brother-in-laws recovery from a surgery. Our main criteria in selecting a vrbo was simply to be close to him. But what a gem we found. The house is extremely livable, the area is quaint, there is a small lake at the end of the street, and the home is conveniently located to shopping and all kinds of restaurants. We would rent the home again in a heartbeat.

We wanted to surprise our teenagers with a get away to somewhere they haven’t been. They were so happy to explore Arizona! We had amazing weather ! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids swam in the pool while we were not exploring . The house had plenty of pool toys and beach towels. They also took advantage of the Jenga and puzzles. The house overall was stocked very well. Everything we needed they had! It was a great location to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet . We will definitely be back to this area and this property again!! Owners were very nice and communicated well with us .

Great stay in Litchfield Park, AZ
The location was very convenient for us. We walked to the Wigwam spa, restaurant, and art show. We enjoyed playing golf several times at the Wigwam course. We walked our dog several times a day at the lovely park just steps from the house. The owners had provided many small touches of extras we don't usually see in a VRBO stay. Vinnie was very responsive to all our questions!

Best Vrbo property we have stayed at yet!
This rental vacation home was by far the best experience we have had through vrbo yet! The property was spacious, immaculate, and furnished for a great stay. The owner was very prompt to provide property information or respond to a question. The pool was quite large for AZ standards which was a nice bonus, our teenage daughters used it everyday! We brought our small dog and popped up an indoor kennel in the living room which worked great anytime we went out and about. The location is perfect! We love old Litchfield Park, beautiful and charming, walking distance to restaurants and eateries and 5 minute drive to all major shopping needs. This is a very sought out neighborhood for home buyers. Immediately upon arrival I went to check the website to book a return visit this summer and the property was booked clear to fall. Not surprising, the property owners Heidi and Steve are gracious hosts with attention to detail (Huge TV’s in all rooms, access to cleaning supplies like broom , quick mop etc, welcome basket and note, doggie dishes more towels than I have at my house ;-) large dinner table, multiple couches for lounging, spices, Tupperware etc...) which makes for an easy rental experience and an enjoyable vacation. I hope to be back soon! Thank you Heidi and Steve for a wonderful stay!

Perfect family home
Everything in the house was new and clean. It was perfect for our family of 6! We spent every day by the heated pool and loved using the outdoor grill, walking to the Wigwam and all the amenities the house had to offer. Thank you!

Private and Peaceful
Great property all the way around. Clean and comfortable. Communication from the owner was prompt and welcoming. The property Mgr was also courteous, friendly and readily available. Neighborhood is clean and safe, friendly neighbors. It was tough to pack up and leave.

A Gem in the heart of Litchfield Park
The property is an absolute gem! At one the end of the street you have a wonderful lake with amazing wildlife.. At the other you have restaurants and the wigwam golf course and spa. The house itself is more than home from home. There is every amenity you can think of and more. The outdoor patio was a lovely place to relax and eat in the shade and the pool was incredible, far bigger than our pool in Florida. One of my personal favorites was spending the late afternoon in the pool and watching the hummingbirds dart about. The owners are so accommodating and really easy to communicate with, any question we had they responded immediately. We loved the house and area so much, we have actually decided to move to the area! What started as a holiday location turned into a new place to live...
