The fire alarm went off at 5 am!! My child woke up very scared, and we were very tired. The hotel management had no apology. Rather, the response was that we can do nothing about this matter.

location is good
size of room for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids is not really big enough.
there are no extra group of lights. the lights is either too dark or too much lights

The rooms are not good accordingly to value. Very poorly managed, no shower slippers, not possible to charge phone, noise through rooms, un neat floor, no soap to shower, nothing provided to customer inform of toilettries. Not worth the value and misleading advertisements. Art hotel but was not impressed

The lounges, lobby and the bar make a great impression. Family room was very comfortable; comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.
