The property is ok location is amazing.
The entry is hard to find and the elevators are so slow.
I like the space but oh boy those matrassen half way through, the night the matras and sheets slide sideways.
Love the coffee but very minimal soap or cleaning cloths. Had to hunt for the hairdryer found it in a closet.
Location is great a bit noisy from the outside underground road with racing cars or motors. Right by the zoo, and shops and mall.

Our room was spacious, fresh and clean, and we loved the overall feel and vibe of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the bar area remarkably lively for a rainy Wednesday evening.

Room was what you would expect with nice large windows and good size bed and bathroom. Staff was friendly.
While we were staying at the Hotel one of the just two elevators was working. As these elevators are slow and small we literally had to wait for over 10 minutes to get in and or out of the hotel with a stroller. After complaining that a woman with disabilities had to wait a long time with her luggage the staff did not move into action but just apologized for the inconvenience. Also the breakfast was very busy and we were pointed to a table that had not been cleaned and had to ask twice before somebody would help us get the table cleared of dirty dishses. Not a terrible experience but given the fact we had spent over 360 euro's for one night we would have expected better.

It is modern and clean and beds are superior. Location was right in city center, adjacent to supermarkets, a mall and lots of restaurants. Very walkable to all sites. Good restaurant downstairs.
It is located right on a busy intersection so there is street noise. You can close the window to block out the sound effectively but the room will get stuffy. Parking is a paid lot across the street.
