Our room was good. We noticed underneath the bed was very dusty.

One of the reception staff was rude, when we complained about no hot water. His reply was ' What do you need hot water for in 30 degree temperatures!!! BAD!!!Basil Faulty, comes to mind. The food was poor, recycled in tapas the next day. Not a prawn or paella in sight. The food was only tepid. It was like a canteen!! Not relaxing. Although the staff were good. The hotel was difficult to find, it did not register on the sat nav. It was more distance, than stated, from the beach!! This hotel, should not be classed as a 4 star!! No dress code!! We have had better stays in 3 star hotel

The staff on reception were fantastic. They accomodated my request for a pool view as it was an anniversary. To top it all off, we received a bottle of Cava which was a nice touch.

The beds are a little on the hard side. WiFi was poor- ended up using mobile network.

Our room overlooked a building site, and it was not very nice at all. The bed was broken when we got our room. So that had to repair we had to pay 3 euros a night for the safety box in the room which I have never done before The shower in the bathroom needs to be replaced. We had to hold it to use it The outside terraces, the chairs, were very old and tired, not that good to use at all The key card on our bedroom door did not work properly, and it did take a long time to get it to open So, overall,would I stay there again, I would say no I think the hotel is only a 3 star, not a 4 star That is my opinion

The lighting in the spa especially in the sauna and Steam room were too low. In fact in those rooms It was non existent. Both changing rooms were small with not enough lockers. In the men's one It was soaking wet and covered un hair...It needs mopping more often. Breakfast... gluten free bread available but not any pastries/croissants etc Machines coffee horrid....not enough varieties of teas

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Good location without being in the actual city centre meaning it is easy to find a parking space on the street although there is a parking inside the hotel but you will have to pay for it. Breakfast was good value for money (nothing spectacular). Bike friendly. Has room for the bikes in the garage.

Breakfast starts at 8am. Being a hotel used by cyclist, during summer with longer days, an earlier opening times fir breakfast would be appreciated.

The hotel was well taken care of, clean and lovely personal and the spa was good. We go for spa and a relax weekend and in october it was perfect. I think in summer it have been to much people and "alive" in the area for those that need relax.

The coffee was not good.

The hotel has great views of the area.

The Terrace 360° Cocktail Bar was directly above my room & very noisy. I paid extra for a sea view room but this spoiled it. I received a scam phone call on day two of my stay saying there was a problem with my booking. There wasn’t. The hotel is geared up for Scandinavian clients.

Good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff.

On arrival we were given a room over looking a building site. When we requested a different room we were told none were available, when clearly there were rooms available because they were still advertising on line! We were also criticised by the receptionist for booking with Booking.com and not directly!!! We were told we would have been offered a better room had we booked directly. After lengthy discussions we eventually were offered another much smaller room not over looking the building site. This room was adequate, just. The house keeping brought an extra bed for my daughter that was filthy, covered in dirt, dust and cobwebs. We once again had to complain and this was changed for a slightly better mattress, which didn't fit the bed properly.
