Nothing
There were continues power cuts. So no internet, no airco. I tried to find a workable compromise but the hotel didn’t want to cooperate and charged me full for this nightmare

Amazing place for relaxing and being away from party hard , there r area around the hotel but not too close . However grab app bring everything. I recommend the place for couples , law key family more than single
Not dislike however there should be more explanation about Spa and prices types of services , at the vila because the I did not find.

Nothing! Everything is not achieve any expectation
1. Staff was not helpful, no a bit hospitality.
2. Location is a disaster, no 711/Big C around unless you walk 10+ minuets.
3. The whole villa is out of age, the design and facilities was like 30 years ago. Enter the villa, feels like back to the 1990s.
For the record, I am 100% support environment friendly actions, but you need to open the AC after you enter the room when there is almost 40 degrees.
One more incident, they hotel unexpectedly repair some tube and water tank. As a result, the staff cut off our water, without notifying us! I noticed the pool water stopped, so I called the front desk , they just told tank repair and didn’t inform no water in bathroom. That was insanely frustrating and the staff just directed us to GYM for shower which is cold water by the way.
The breakfast is not worthy, not recommended!

Was quite remote and a really great place to chill and catch up with family, we met up with our daughter and son as it was our daughters 30th birthday. The pool was one of the nicest we have ever had being an infinity overlooking the beach and was very relaxing. Totally recommend the spa and the Thai massage was fantastic.

The location of our beach villa and the room expanse was amazing .. we want to go back again soon to this property
We had issues with the reception staff and after exchange of a few emails the same was sorted by the top management.. however these things happen so will still come back to the property soon

Our private pool villa was so so beautiful, the glass windows for walls, the big comfortable bed, the decor, the entire entrance to the villa, the private pool that included a waterfall, the double vanity sink, the outdoor shower was amazing, the big bath tub
everything! the breakfast included was delicious, the staff are so friendly and attentive. i especially loved the golf carts they would quickly pick us up in if we requested it. its super quiet there and their big pool was beautiful as well. i love how private and spacious the villa was.

the staff were friendly. Trees everywhere
not luxury at all. poor maintenance, the quality of furniture is very poor and dirty. the outdoor shower wasn’t good cannot be used during raining. the shower hight is fixed so if anyone hight is 180 cm or higher will not be able to have a proper shower. mosquitoes are everywhere in the room, your skin and blood will be there favorite meal. I chose to stay because of the pictures and reviews nothing was right at all. not exaggerating if I said one of the worst place I have ever stayed in.

This place was perfect; peaceful and relaxing. Masterfully designed villas nestled in beautiful, well-kept gardens that make for a serene tropical enclave right on the beachfront.
Whilst mostly windows to enjoy the environment, the mini bungalows somehow manage to still feel completely private. The feel is modern but rustic, balancing all modern comfort with simplicity.
The breakfast is stand out, with its own drinks and egg bar. It is easily the best breakfast I have seen so far from various Thai resorts.
The service is exceptional and the staff are as light touch or hands-on as you wish them to be. A lady named Cream on the front desk was especially good, going above and beyond. All the staff were great.

beachfront room had all glass walls- curtain wasn’t helping to darken the room so every morning at 6am sun is shining in the room. maintenance isn’t great and it shows the room wasn’t as perfectly maintained as expected in such an establishment. location is pretty distant from points of interest. beach isn’t fun at all, very muddy.

Absolutely wonderful location. the accommodation is really luxurious, very clean and very comfortable. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful especially in reception. we loved it here.
We would have liked a more extensive menu in the restaurant for dinner times; maybe some changes or specials on some days.

the view was great, there is direct access to the beach so that is a plus.
uncomfortable bed, staff are friendly but they lack training and most of then cant speak english so it is hard to communicate.also no room service orders after 10 .30 pm. also the rooms need to be updated.
