Excelente ubicación, está a pocos minutos del metro, todo muy limpio, en orden, camas cómodas

L’hôte très gentil et très arrangeant pour arrivée, très à l’écoute et répond très vite.

The kitchen was well furnished to cook, there were towels and sheets to use, but most importantly, there was air conditioning and fans!! (very important in the summer). The metro Can Tries was near, also a good supermarket (Consum) was around the corner (very useful). The location was very quiet and full of families and old people, so it was not scary to come late at night. For the very low price that we paid the apartment was good! Perfect for young people who want to spend not too much but having a decent place.

The kitchen smelled a little bit bad and there were many bugs (little) in the apartment. The city centre and the things to see in Barcelona were quite far (40-50 min of metro), but of course this is the condition of spending less and going a bit out of the city life. If you choose this place you should consider staying around the city all dat to not come back and loose time.

The apartment was well maintained and furnished with all the things that one could require for the stay.

The apartment was bit far from the city centre.

Shops, cafés, places to eat were very close and around the property. The closest metro station was about 7 minutes walk.

Apartment itself is nice and cosy, but it needs a major maintenance and deep cleaning. Many people mentioned bad odour, which was coming out of the kitchen sink, but we had our windows open, and we had no issues with that.

Close to the metro, close to the shop. Small, but sufficient. No views, no restaurants close etc., but a good place to sleep and go to the city. Did not expect more. Clean rooms, fresh linen. Fast WiFi. Would recommend if you plan to spend most of the time sightseeing outside.
