Excellent location close enough to the city - about a 20 minute walk into the centre. Facilities were good, rooms were spacious and the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Had a lovely week, very relaxing with the added bonus of good weather.

Great location to explore Cornwall both South and west coasts. Apartment was lovely very clean and well equipped.

My only comment is that my bed wasn't comfortable as I am used to a different type of mattress

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Truro, perhaps even Cornwall. It is located in fantastic area on the outskirts of Truro city. It has a park opposite with tennis courts and facilities for children A short but scenic and pleasant walk away is you have the Heron Inn in Malpas village and just around the corner is Trennick Mill restaurant. This is the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. Parking was always easy and there is also a garage if required. The apartment itself has everything you need, from nice comfy furniture and beds to modern appliances and small but private court yard rear area. The owner even provided all the little things that make a big difference and save you buying every single thing from the shops, such as dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, salt, pepper, sugar and even a bag of ice cubes in the freezer. Honestly I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!

Absolutely spotless and pristine accommodation. Easy parking. Lovely riverside park on your doorstep. Great quiet location. 2 bathrooms plus downstairs cloakroom. Full-size kitchen with everything you will need. Washing machine and dishwasher.

The whole apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and very well furnished - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent apartment. far bigger than was suggested in the advert. Its really a 2 level maisonette. very clean and well fitted out. well located and just a 2 minute drive from The Heron pub with its glorious views over the estuary.

surprisingly there was no hair drier but probably just mislaid, but we never found it.

Keys were in a lockbox on the property initially we had an issue finding the apartment due to it having the wrong door number on booking.com but a quick call to the host soon sorted that out

The parking there was slightly difficult it does have a garage to park in we had a rather large car that just for in the garage and alot of the visitors parking was already taken alot of the time

Ticked all the boxes for us - exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchen, all mod cons, comfortable beds and an easy walk to town with a park on the doorstep.
