Vanaf het hotel konden we overal gemakkelijk geraken aan de hand van de info van het vriendelijke personeel. Vlak voor het hotel stopte de bus die langs praktisch alle bezienswaardigheden stopte. Naar het noord station konden we ook met de bus. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met allemaal verse producten. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Eigenlijk niets. Maar als ik dan toch iets moet noemen, de vloer van de kamer was tamelijk stoffig, maar de tweede dag werd er al gestofzuigd op onze vraag. Dus eigenlijk alweer goed nieuws.

The staff was friendly, right away confirming that we could keep our luggage if we arrived early in the morning, and when we got there, they managed to get us a room to check-in right away. Location wise, although near Metro station, the area was a bit "grey".

The shower glass was not efficient, as every time we had one it would flood the bathroom.

Location, room type was amazing with floor to ceiling windows, attentive and helpful staff.

Food was nice. Guys at the restaurant during the night time were super good. Location is central, and access to city centre and holiday attractions was very good with constant Bus services. The hotel is 4-5mins walk to tram, and Two other Port de Clichy Metro station. Its also close to eateries, restaurants and wine shops. Again we arrived early and were availed of early check in. When we complained that the air-condition in the room isn't working, we were relocated to another room also close to our children. The staff were really nice especially the guys at the receptions.

We didn't like the fact that morning staff at restaurants started packing up the breakfast buffets and switching off the coffee machines at 10am while dinners are still eating. It was out of standard to observe people rushing to queue up at the remaining coffee machine to get coffee or hot drinks. My children avoided going to get hot drink because the queue is much. Packing up cheese, milk, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, breads, etc, and seeing that omelette chef stop making omelette while the restaurant is full of people eating is not a good sight to behold in a supposed 4-Star Hotel. We felt that we are being rushed out of the restaurant at because its 10am. It is true that breakfast is between 7am and 10am, but that does not mean that staffs will immediately start packing displayed foods immediately at 10am even when you can see residents arriving for breakfast. I didn't like that at all and I brought it to the attention of the Duty Manager who promised to do something about it.

- Rooms need better cleaning and some manteinance. - I'm quite disappointed, as a booking.com user, in being obliged at check in to sign a document giving a preauthorization for the entire amount of the stay + some further amount for extra. Extra for nothing because the minibar in the room Is empty!!! I gave my credit card details to booking.com to guarantee my payment, so this preauthorization Is an annoying nonsense. - My room with king and sofà bed was very small to host a family with one child - It Is unacceptable that a four star hotel's desk doesnt have a simple fever termometer

NO attention was paid to me, although I sent emails to the hotel management, even over a week ago I did not receive any reply. I requested a surprise for my friend's birthday and when I entered the room I found a surprise that they didn't do anything. I spoke to the reception, they said they would fix it, but they didn't offer even an apology. total disappointment, terrible hotel management

Very spacious and clean room (Queen bed). Breakfast was delicious and the personnel very professional. Few minutes from metro. It is not central, cca. 15-20 min to centre, but the position was not a problem for us. The hotel was quiet and you almost don't hear noises from outside the room. For us it was a pleasent 4 nights stay and we would repeat it.

It is not really a minus and I think it was stated on Booking, they charge you a deposit (I think is 50 EUR a day) which we payed by card and then they give it back if everything is ok.

Breakfast was good and staff is so helpful and pleasent Location of hotel is a bit off from central area but is a good location with 6 to 7 minutes walk to metro station.

Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast, great staff

First room was wrong size (only for 2 vs for 4). Second room didn't have working AC. Then they upgraded us to a 2 room suite (even though we had only booked 1 room). This was awesome. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will come back here again
