Attention !! Le manque de personnel fait que robinetterie salle de bain à réparer. Volet ne fermait pas . Machine à café en panne pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre sentait la cigarette,

J’aurais juste aimé que le personnel m’indique qu’on je peut pas prendre l’ascenseur sans son badge.

The heater did not work at all. Neither the hot water. The picture of the room did not match with the reality.

Entre les chambres n’ont nettoyées, celles déjà occupées ou encore celles réservées mais non fournies l’expérience fut désastreuse. Et un personnel qui ne se sentait pas du tout responsable ni empathique face à tous ces problèmes.

Tout. Le service, les chambres non préparées, non disponibles….

Great location, nice to have a fridge qnd microwave, clean

Liked: location, friendly staff, cleanliness of room, rooms like the pictures, good size of rooms, very nice view from room (a small park), room was quiet, room has a small kitchen so you can prepare your own meals and save money.

Disliked: staff not experienced enough, though friendly (e.g. were reluctant to book a taxi for me from the previous day, next day they couldn't find one, didn't let me have breakfast first day because "I hadn't paid for it", changed their mind next day and let me prepay the breakfast). 50€ deposit, that have still not received 10 days later (will I get it back? Who knows..) Reception frequently closed, you have to phone them. Room was not room-serviced throughout the whole 4 days I stayed. (3 nights I understand, but 4??) Asked for an extra duvet and toilet paper (by 3rd day I had ran out of it), never got anything. Breakfast was very basic, some eggs would upgrade it (found eggs only on one day, two other days breakfast included pastries, breads, yogurt and fruit) Generally, it feels like you're left to your own devices in this hotel. If service can be improved it will greatly enhance the visitor's experience. As a solo traveler, I don't want the extra stress....
