It’s a clean property in a really good location. Close to the city centre with free parking.

It was VERY rowdy and loud. We were kept awake till gone midnight from people shouting in the beer garden. Young children were running up and down the corridor late at night. It kept me and both my young children awake so we didn’t get much sleep at all.

The hotel was very easy to find it had ample parking for several cars. The rooms we were allocated were really spacious, you even get a proper full size wardrobe instead of a flimsy hand rail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are huge for the price you’re paying. It was a really pleasant stay.plus the staff are super polite and thoroughly efficient

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice The room was clean and comfortable Parking was easy, and free.

Room was nice, the bed was comfy and the facilities were clean. The shower was good and the curtains meant we didnt wake up too early.

On booking.com it stated a Bath was an option however the actual result was that the bathroom had a shower only. The breakfast was a bit over priced for the quality of the fry up.

The breakfast was superb but I wish it was inclusive of the payment for the room and not as an extra cost.

Normal meals served for dinner not just pizza or snacks on Christmas Day

Friendly staff even got me warm milk for my 3 year old. Clean, great location close to restaurants and town centre.

Prob the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in for a long time.

Very clean. Lovely room. Staff v helpful and friendly. I have to eat gluten free as medical requirement, I travel a lot and most helpful staff in this regard.

There are refurbishments going in and my initial room had bad plumbing problems. I was moved without hassle but was just a bit irritating. As I said before staff are fantastic

Noise coming from an extractor fan or similar kept me awake all night. Two minutes on, one minute off, repeated all night. I would have had a better night's sleep in my car. Spoke to the receptionist the next morning who took my details and said the hotel manager/deputy would call the next day. He did and apologised but only offered "points" or a free stay, as this was a one-off stay this was of no interest to me and I said I wanted a refund. He said he would have to talk to booking.com to arrange this, that was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing from him since.
