Being here for the second time. Perfect locatiom if you wanna chill. Nice staff, good services. Good spoot if you have a car to discover neares beaches.

We had a lovely holiday. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. The food was impressive with many choices that were always hot, tasty and plentiful. Bar service was great and cocktails lovely! The hotel/grounds were always very clean and well maintained. The shuttle bus was a real bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, there were no negatives.

the rooms are a bit old and must be renovated although it’s clean and maintained.

the property was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the mini bus was very handy running to Cala Millor from the hotel and return very polite , helpful driver.

The room we were in had a balcony with trees right outside with no view at all very oppressive wouldn’t want to stay in it again room 312. Breakfasts weren’t too bad but often food wasn’t even warm eg baked beans, sausage, bacon you need to use the microwave to warm your food . The evening meals were even worse not very much choice with poor cuts of meat that weren’t cooked very well and the meat was tough especially the veal . Not a great selection of vegetables and the pasta sauces were tasteless . I had lasagna and it hardly had any meat in it only a horrid tomato sauce and every night there was a pasta sauce that was just tomato very bland, or a carbonara sauce which was also tasteless. The entertainment was ok when there was a professional entertainer performing otherwise Quiz, bingo or karaoke not very good.

wifi patchy cover. two tier all inclusive system not explained at booking or on arrival. bit off a shock ordering a coffee and having to pay for a cortado!
