És la segona vegada que ens estem en aquest hotel quan passem uns dies a Marsella, perquè està idealment situat al Vieux Port. A més, l'habitació és espaiosa i confortable per tres persones i està molt ben decorada. El personal és molt atent.
Hi va haver un problema d'olor d'humitat desagradable que el personal va solucionar l'endemà; però la última nit la pudor va tornar, tot i que més tènue.

Tout a été gâché par le fait que nous n'avons pas pu dormir
chambre beaucoup trop bruyante, pas de bouchons d'oreilles à disposition, impossible de dormir ! De plus la chambre est vraiment vraiment trop petite impossible de circuler correctement autour du lit c'est étouffant . Pour un 3 étoiles j'aurais trouvé ça pas mal, mais pour un 4 étoiles c'est un scandale !

absolument parfait ! le prix justifie le luxe qui en suit. l’hôtel était magnifique, propre, et le personnel extrêmement gentil.

Beautiful decor and exceptional location directly on the port with chic Halles eating area in the square behind the hotel.
Beds are comfortable but small, only 180cm long so not for tall people.

The staff were really fantastic and allowed me to check in early as I had had to check out of my airbnb that morning. The bed was very comfortable, The room was very clean and was exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced for the location.
Would have liked to have had bottled water provided. Or even milk. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods but I couldn't have coffee without milk. The view wasn't great but to be honest I was just grateful I could check in early.

The room has a really cool design and wallpaper consistent with expectations from website booking pictures. We had a great window view of the old port which also opened up.

We arrived at the end of a long journey and were very pleasantly surprised, the suite we had was stunning and very comfortable! The bed was perfect. The location was very central to all shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and nice! Oh the breakfast was delicious!

went there for one night, but woke up in disgusting smell of toilet or canalisation it was all over the floor. also the air system is extremely noisy it’s like plane motor.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff was very nice and friendly. They upgraded my room without even asking. The room was a normal size (not too big not too small) and was quiet as requested. As a welcome kit I found a Marseille soap as a gift which was nice
