De dos dormitorios, dos baños, condominio frente al mar directa situado entre Clearwater y St. Playas Petersburgo y al sur de Tampa. Capacidad para 6 personas. Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa está a 20 millas de distancia. Recientemente remodelado condominio 1200 sq. Pies ubicada en Indian Shores, Florida. Disfrute de unas relajantes vacaciones en la playa. 'Invierno', la estrella de cuento de un delfín, vive a sólo 5 millas al norte del condominio en Clearwater, Florida. Volar su avión no tripulado en la playa y sobre el agua.
La cocina: el condominio fue remodelado recientemente y tiene baldosas de cerámica en todo. Hay encimeras de granito en la cocina y los baños. Hay electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Spent 5 nights in this wonderful getaway. Lots of nice little touches that makes this Condo a great value for families.

If you pay a premium price for a location, you also expect a premium experience from the host. Far from it. Communication was poor from the beginning. Lack of response about the property when booking, important information sent by mail rather than an email or through VRBO.
When we got to the property, the AC was not on, typical for just ariving

Amazing place and so well kept. Owner was attentive to questions. Beautiful view! My husband just passed and this was the best place to recoup.

All of the instructions sent before the trip contributed to getting settled in a breeze. The condo with the balcony was private and relaxing. The view was enjoyed whether on the balcony or inside. The condo is very well equipped with anything needed to feel right at home. We look forward to returning next year.

The host was great, the location was great and the condo was great. There were some other people staying at the property that were loud and threw food and trash everywhere - but that’s not the host’s fault. She was helpful and available.

Very laid back atmosphere and very quiet unit! Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Has EVERYTHING you need. The only thing missing was shampoo and bath soap. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, any cooking utensils possible, games, books, everything!!!! Sand, close enough to touch and clean beach. Worth it!!!

I loved how this place was decorated and would like to know where I can get those turtles in the hallway. Unfortunately the pool had a problem and was cold till the last day but realize things break down. We were in the pool anyways…since we are from Wisconsin. Everything went smoothly. Thanks for the stay.

We had a great time, the beach was just steps away from this unit.
Even though this was an older building our condo was updated and very clean.
The sunset was absolutely amazing from the covered decking.

The kitchen was clean. Bathrooms toilet needed a good scrub and hallway bathroom tub also needed a very good scrub. Towels smelled like they had stay in the washer too long, Had to have the cleaning person come back because of a sticky mess on the bed ( it went all the way to the sheets). Home owner did respond and that is why the cleaning person came back and brought us some additional towels. The assigned parking was good unless someone else parked in your spot and then you had no where to park. I think they need a new cleaning person.

My girlfriend and I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy some time away from our normally busy work schedule and life in general. This place was perfect. It had everything we needed. The condo was clean and well equipped and was right on the beach. I can’t wait to return again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this location; condo info was very accurate. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach equipment which was in good condition. Didn’t use the pool; it did not overlook beach. Beach was busy but still enough room to spread out and enjoy. Comfortable furniture.

Wonderful place. Family enjoyed our time there. The only negative is that we were not informed anywhere that we had to park in a low clearance parking garage. FYI, 6'9" is maximum height.

Fantastic 2 bedroom condo on a beautiful beach!
This cute and well-equipped beach condo is right on the actual beach!! It has breathtaking views from the patio of the ocean and sunsets! The condo had everything we could need for cooking and hanging out when we we not on the beach! On site parking, security key entry to the building made it safe and easy. It is close to great restaurants (Villa Gallace was a favorite) and the Publix grocery store. Our teenager also appreciated the excellent wifi. We had the pleasure of visiting with several families that are owners and other "regulars" to this location and everyone was super kind and fun. This host specifically was super helpful and lovely to work with on this very special vacation.

Great location with a fantastic view
We could not have been more happy with our experience renting this property. The beach was so relaxing. We did end up renting the 2 person covered lounges on the beach on couple days instead of having to carry down chairs and an umbrella. They cost $30 a day but try one and I think you'll agree they are worth it. Especially if you spend a full day on the beach. This place is within a couple miles of numerous restaurants in vatious price ranges. Condo is very roomy and very nice. I would definitely rent this place again. 5 stars!

Spring vacation
This unit is very organized, clean and stocked with everything needed for a long stay. We really enjoyed the sunsets right from the balcony and how close we were to the gulf. Katherine was very informative of the check in process and made sure our stay went smoothly. We will definitely be back next year

Great location
Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. We loved sitting on the patio & just looking at the water. Very quiet & close to everything you could need. You need to try Indian Shore Coffee Shop. Short walk & quality breakfast & coffee. Kate was great to work with.

Perfect gulf view paradise!
This place was amazing! The convenient access to the beach was just what we were looking for. The view is wonderful! Condo is very spacious, and impeccably clean! pool area was also very clean. I was very impressed with the supply of beach chairs, towels, mats and sand toys. The owner was always very quick to respond and very easy to work with. The area is more residential but a few really great eating spots within walking distance. Very family friendly! When we come back to the gulf we will be sure to rent this place again!

Peace and quiet
Perfect location, beach was not over crowded. Convenient to everything in Clearwater. Would definitely rent again but all the beds need better mattresses and pillows.

Highly recommend this condo. Pictures don’t show how nice the condo is, it is bigger than it looks. Kitchen is fully stocked, everything and anything you need. Beds are ok, comfortable. Right on the beach, beautiful view. Truly enjoyed our stay, will rent again.

We loved our vacation at this property! The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you could need. Loved the area and the restaurants as well. The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach was fantastic. We will definitely come back again!

Wonderful place to stay
It is cleaned, nicely finished, quiet and convenient. We was here labor day weekend. Beaches wasnt crowded. I had my 2 young grandkids. They loved the beach toys. It's a great place to come and relax and enjoy the beach. Will recommend this condo. Owner is great too.

Great beach, great condo
We had a great time staying here. The view really is as good as it looks in the picture. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a lot of beach gear. The owner was very helpful in accommodating our need for a slightly later checkout time. The only issue we ran into was showing up promptly at the earliest checkin time and discovering the cleaner was still there. She assured us that it was an anomaly due to a confluence of events that day, and I trust it is probably true. We would definitely consider coming back.
