It was relaxing nice hotel rooms GOOD AIRCON staff were lovely the pool is great open really late and the pool par to , nice amount of sunbeds to it looks really nice right next to a minimart the rooms were clean my experience was great

Nothing really there are stairs and they obviously tax for food and drinks

The excellent friendly service from staff. The great value. The gardens are lovely and maintained. The pool with swim up bar was so lovely too.

I was on the 4th floor and my knees aren’t to good but that’s no fault of the property!

Nice pool but was dirty

It wasn’t very clean. Lots of mosquitos on the rooms.

Our room was comfortable & we enjoyed the balcony & view of the beautiful garden. Loved the Pool area, bar & breakfast/restaurant open air feel. The staff are very friendly & go out of their way to look after us. This was our second time at the Dewi Sri. Location is very good. Just a short walk to the beach via Poppys 11 & the Beachwalk shopping centre. There are some excellent restaurants nearby. We can recommend Coaster & Crumb which is just off Poppys 11 for a healthier choice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable & pillows were low. The Dewi Sri is attracting a certain type of Aussie as there are a number of Tattoo Shops nearby. There was a large group staying there this time.

Piscine bien au soleil Chambre jolie et spacieuse Personnel gentil

1ere nuit 2 lits simples malgré la demande accepté d’un lit double. Même histoire d’il y a 7 ans, lorsqu’un ami a réservé 2 chambres doubles. Deuxieme nuit, nous avons donc la chambre double après avoir attendu plus de une heure (vers 11h à 12h) que demande de l’accueil pour être sure qu’une perosnne quitte la chambre double et qu’on y aille. Il pouvait récupérer nos bagages et la mettre dans la nouvelle chambre et si ce n’était pas possible laisser nos bagages dans la chambre actuelle, on a attendu pour qu’au final on déplace les bagages avec un personnel. Chambre avec forte odeur d’humidité et draps humides, on a passé une sale nuit. On a été déplacé dans une chambre plus propre et sans humidité sur demande d’un monsieur qui savait faire les choses, qui a fait bouger les choses. Il nous a interpelé, et on le remercie, notre séjour a été beaucoup mieux, 10 nuits malgré les 2-3 premières nuits décevantes.
