Good value for money and breakfast was lovely. A good stop for a couple of days in Bogota. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our toilet did not work well initially but they fixed it quickly when asked

It says the staff speak English but no one we met did. Google translate did the job just fine though.

No internet connection in 6th floor, poor breakfast, not the best area of town. Is not like the photos

Nothing to be honest.

The receptionist told me that they had some issues with the hot water in the rooms. I was supposed to stay on the 15th floor. She told me that she was going to send me to the 2nd floor to have hot water in the room. Surprisingly, there was no hot water in the shower either. It was a very cold night in Bogota. I was coming from Cartagena and really wanted to have a hot shower at the hotel. I told them that I was going to find another option to stay at and requested my money back and they said no at first. Then, the receptionist told me that she was going to do it after my departure and I could follow that up via email. I emailed them and no response and reimbursement yet. Bad experience, indeed.

The pictures do not reflect what you experience when you stay here. From a glance it is nice. But when you begin to look around it is so far from the truth.

There is no guarantee the room you book will be available. There is no kettle. No fridge, No Aircon. Our safe safe was broken, the lamps provided had no globes. The staff are incompetent. The bathroom was filthy, the vebt was black, and overall disproportionate to the size of room the shower was missing a few knobs. The lift motorroom was outside our door and was noisy and disturbed our sleep. We booked the 8th floor but was given the dirty room on 2nd floor instead. Housekeeping were incompetent. They remade bed but did not replace towels or change bins. Absolute worst hotel ive stayed in. Fixtures are all damaged pictures crooked and walls wee dirty Recieved confirmation room was ready but 5hrs later room was unavailable. We were not given amole time to rebook or reahedule. Hotel was unresponsive when called to discuss. A comparable room to what was booked not supplied. Hotel stopped replying to all txts and calls made. Staff donnot speak english.. We had 2 bookings a junior suite and the full suite. Junior suite couple arrived first but were forced to pay for both bookings despite the Full suite being unavailable. Hotel are not responsive when there are issues. Charged full suite rate despite tsin share aupplied. Hotel night guard has parties in foyer or watches movies at full volume. Breakfast included is 2 undercooked eggs with squashed cheap bread. Not at all what was expected. Room has a sun room with No curtains to sepearte, so 5am wake ups all round. There is a fridge slot with no fridge, no windows to outside and no air-conditioning. A disappointment to say the least. An absolute dive. Barely 1 star let alone the 3 star that is clearly self supplied. Walls and fixtures were substandard. Avoid this place at all costs. Beware beware.

Room was well below expected. Room was big bit bathroom small. Lights fittibgs were damaged staff incompetent. On day of check out Housekeeping tried to kismck us out at 8am desite limit of 10am. Hotel staff on checkout were very rude

the breakfast was very very poor for the type of hotel. i was surprised.

location, price, good beds, good hot water, spacious room, guy at front door was nice

wifi in bedroom, breakfast they never had fruit remaining for us or chocolate, they must count how many customers they have each day, one day we didn’t have toilet paper

Staff was very friendly and hotel was top notch in amenities. Plenty of eating options nearby

Check in before check in time not possible. We arrived to the hotel at 2:15 PM, 45 min before check in time which starts at 3 pm and they refused to give us any room so we had to wait. Ridiculous!

Great location, the room was wide and comfortable...good beds and nice bathroom....the staff friendly and helpful...no complaints about breakfast but can be little more varied...

No drinking water or something to prepare even a coffee in the room...the safe box was useless (damaged)
