Location was exceptional Clean comfortable friendly

Excellent location, on edge of Sturt Street and close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and main roads. Staff very helpful, to the extent of almost insisting they did my washing while I went sightseeing!

This was our second stay here. As before we found the room to be clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Art Gallery, so very convenient for the town centre.

Nothing to complain about, although with the benefit of hindsight we should have stated a preference for a downstairs room as we had a lot of luggage!

The parking spaces are really tight, we parked in the service road out the front, which wasn't really an issue.

Everything you need in a good location. Twin rooms were a good size with refrigerator, kettle, toaster etc. Beds were comfortable & aircon worked brilliantly. The host Waa both very friendly and helpful.

Great location easy walk into the main streets of Ballarat, supearket and restaurants within walking distance too.Room had plenty of space and storage for clothes/luggage. Room was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Very convenient to have a microwave and plates/cutlery to be able to have breakfast or small meal.
