We had a fantastic large family room with a small kitchenette. This is probably the best value hotel I have stayed in, it is clean, quite and modern.

We stayed at this Hotel to be close to Sovereign Hill Town and it was. The area was quiet and restful. The building older style. No meals available but the Red Lion Hotel a 3 minute drive with large restaurant.

Seniors should note there are different levels but ground floor can be chosen when booking. There are alternate pathways to avoid steps if necessary. We had a pleasant

Breakfast was great, the staff wore awesome, So great and easy to get to sovereign Hill.

The shower was cold. We couldn't find our room.

Bed was ridiculously soft & uncomfortable, previous guests socks in corner of room & under bed & hair ties under table & on bathroom floor. Black hair dried on shower tiles. Heating was useless & not enough blankets, had to use towels & coats to keep warm.

I liked everything about this place. The staff member at reception was welcoming and helpful in showing us how to find our room. Our room looked over Sovereign Hill Museum which was lovely and if you are visiting the Museum, this is the ideal place to stay as you can easily walk there. The room was exceptionally clean, the room spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom large with a touch of luxury. Very good value for money.

That there were no places to eat had to either go out or order take away

Our key card didn’t work in the evening and we had to get security to open the cottage for us
