The apartment was just what we needed. It was more spacious than I imagined, it was very well appointed and would be suitable for a much longer stay than our two nights.

My only semi-negative observation was how small the pillows were. The apartment is so well appointed, it was a shame the bedding etc let it down slightly. A comfortable bed and bedding helping guests to sleep well are what makes a stay exceptional.

one of the flats didn’t have washing up liquid and the chairs in flat 3 were moving, they could have been better with a rug

the location is excellent if you are visiting Southampton University which we were; the Glen Eyre Halls are only 5 minutes walk away, and the campus site no more than 10 minutes walk. located in a safe area. clean flat.

the beds were not very comfortable, our flat faced a busy road so traffic noise could constantly be heard (along with building renovation noise taking place next door) and we had trouble with unlocking the external door to the building (hopefully to be fixed soon)

Loved the spacious apartment and lots of windows and glass to allow sunshine in. It was good that towels and bedding were included . Plenty of parking . Lovely tree lined streets

The location was a little far out. I had to use the car for everything. Maybe clearer bus information like a printer timetable would help. The kitchen was well equipped but maybe a jug and Pyrex dish could be added. I asked for a 2nd floor room for the balcony but git a ground floor which I wouldn't use as overgrown plants and a beer can outside.

I liked the location of the property so convenient for everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well equipped. James was very polite and helpful in my dealings with him. My deposit was refunded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Generally good apartment, our sink plug was a little stiff, and the cost was a little more than i would like to have paid being out of the city centre.

Good location, and great team that looks after the place. My son left his cuddly toy in the apartment when we left, and they found it and kept it safe until I was able to collect it. Everyone was really helpful and friendly.

The apartment got quite hot in the evenings, but this was probably made much worse by by the heatwave. The Internet was fine at first, but as more people arrived in the building it got much worse, and would drop out constantly.
