Huge room executive suite massive TV with 200 channels nice balcony food amazing and room service excellent shops just across the street

No hot water only tepid ,water leak in ceiling from Aircon on roof ,very bad sewage smell all around outside of hotel not a good view from balcony 😔

The Suite looks very nice and has a lot of different lights. The beds are soft.

The service is not like a 5 star hotel. We paid for the suite including breakfast. In the morning at breakfast we asked for 2 hot chocolates. We got 2 cups of hot chocolate and after breakfast we should pay 110 baht for it. Unbelievable. After consultation with the manager, we don't have to pay for it. For us it was like a bad joke, this has never happened to us in our lives. The breakfast doesn't allow for a large selection when it comes to food either. This is not like a 5 star hotel, even if the suite/ room was fine. The sink in the bathroom has cold water only. Is this 5-star?

Two swimming pools, billiards, minigolf, sauna... I just wanted to stay inside the hotel. Breakfast. Our room was large and beautiful.

I have stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years and they never fail to impress me. The staff are so so friendly and attentive and it is just such a lovely place to stay. The facilities are tremendous and it is outstanding value for money.

great location - away from the real hustle and bustle of Soi Buakhao and other Soi’s. a nice gentle 5 minute stroll to the main busy night club and bar areas when needed and then was nice to retreat back to PattayaKlang away from it all.

lovely spacious, clean rooms with excellent staff, good food and an amazingly comfortable bed.

My rating is about quality/price ratio. The hotel is not perfect, it have his flaws, but you cannot find better for the money in Central Pattaya.

Too many to mention .. * All staff on they’re mobile phones in front of you * dirty pools,rubbish left in pool area for days.. * No service for food or drinks on the pools etc , if you don’t ask they don’t approach anyone * far away from Pattaya action -40 min waking * only has 6 pool beds ..if you don’t grab one early that’s it * Reception staff some of them are fake and don’t care with u * the lift …the hotels only lift does not work properly,has no service stamp * Reception staff very forgetful when you ask something and you have to recall them constantly even when for example the air conditioning breaks twice * ashtrays full for days .. see photo .. * CCTV cameras missing on floors ..see photo * buffet breakfast changes often but you can tell it’s definitely catering for Asian couisine more than anything * I could be here all morning writing how bad this hotel is .. basically I wouldn’t return ,overall I stayed there for 3 weeks and 3 days was more than enough for me,not recommended .
