Excellent location, very easy to get around with public transport. The staff were super helpful, gave me useful tourism advice.

Minor thing, but the shower isn’t sealed and water ends up on the towel rail. I needed to put the towels away before showering to keep them dry.

the staffs are very friendly and helpful! They have a parking for free, so great.

The hotel doesn’t have a roof, pool or a balcony; You have to pay for the breakfast; The decorations are too dark. you can’t open the curtains because your neighbor is right there in front of you. If you have any problems with it, don’t stay there.

I wrote a review privately (as requested by the hotel if something was not positive) on 08/05 and I am yet to receive any feedback so I thought I can safely share my feedback for everybody to see, the silence from the hotel has just confirmed the unimpressed opinion i had.... While the location was nice, but not necessarily central the price was very high for the experience we had. The triple room is not catered for three people, only one plug by the beds, which for three people in this time and age (where everybody charges phones overnight) is not enough, the other plug was by the desk, and the third one hidden in the wardrobe by the kettle. Not to mention only 2 narrows wardrobe doors, luckily we only stayed one weekend but had to keep the rest of our clothes in our suitcase as there was not enough space or hungers, what looked like a big wardrobe in reality only has two small doors as wardrobe and one without hangers. Housekeeping…..shower gel was not replaced one day we had to wash our hair with a soap bar, we mentioned it to reception, so eventually the gel was replaced although they did not even close the dispenser correctly which kept opening while we were trying to squeeze the shower gel out during the shower, nevertheless after mentioning the absence of gel to the reception housekeeping still let us down, and on the last day we had no spare toilet roll ,we could literally not even wipe ourselves when we went to toilet last before check out…. I m not sure what excuse there is for an hotel that charges 300 euros a night…. Otherwise the hotel is in a nice quiet area and breakfast was nice, Hope you take on board some of the points raised to improve in those areas, but it was very disappointing after spending 300 euros per night

The location is good because of the proximity to Campo Pequeno, and also metro station is very close. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.

The bathroom offers a little less privacy.

Great location, friendly staff, nice decor in common areas, comfy bed, great water pressure, quiet.

The carpet needs to be changed, especially in the hallway. It has a very funky smell. Bathroom design needs changing, it's very pretty, but not efficient so water splashes everywhere.

Room was smaller than expected, also all hotels have a 'Do not disturb' notice that you can put on the door to avoid being disturbed in the morning, this hotel didn't have it

it was clean and the bed was comfy

The bath didn’t have its plug to block the water running through and allows a bath shower. It doesn’t have a kettle and the fridge doesn’t cool inside properly.
