Hermoso, soleado y luminoso orientación noreste apartamento que ha sido amueblado meticulosamente y es un corto paseo de los edificios de la exposición, casino, ciudad, salidas del DFO, del mercado, del estadio de Etihad y más. Tres amplios dormitorios que pueden alojar hasta 8 personas, con un área de cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, que también se abre a un balcón con vistas a los artistas Crown Casino de Melbourne y horizonte de la ciudad. Este apartamento mejor se adapte a las familias y grupos de adultos de más de 24yrs. Los niños son bienvenidos. aparcamiento disponible. NOTA: tenemos otro apartamento de 2 dormitorios en el mismo edificio si se necesitan dos apartamentos para grupos más grandes.
UBICACIÓN Y CARACTERÍSTICAS:
Rivergarden Apartamento se encuentra en diagonal frente al Casino Crown, con fabulosas vistas al horizonte de la ciudad. La línea de tranvía pasa a través del camino que le llevará ya sea a St Kilda o en el centro de la CDB. Es sólo un par de minutos a pie a todo lo que tiene que ofrecer Southbank - restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas, casino, edificio de exposiciones, centros de conferencias, medios DFO y estaciones de tren principales. Caminar a lo largo del hermoso río Yarra a los jardines botánicos, el centro de arte, etc. También se puede caminar o saltar en el tranvía al sur de Melbourne con ella es fabuloso centro comercial y cafés o el famoso Mercado del Sur de Melbourne. Albert Park es también un corto trayecto en tranvía con bellos paseos alrededor del lago, zonas de juegos para los niños y por supuesto el famoso complejo de natación MSAC con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, enormes toboganes y piscinas de olas. El edificio de apartamentos en sí también tiene su propia piscina, gimnasio, pista de tenis y hermosa zona de barbacoa al aire libre. En el interior del apartamento de la configuración consta de un dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio, un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un gran dormitorio 3, que tiene literas con una cama doble en la parte inferior y una sola en la parte superior y un sofá-cama. Tenemos un portacot disponibles para alquiler, así como una silla alta, y un montón de juguetes, libros y películas para los más pequeños. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con zona de comedor y una cómoda sala de estar con una abertura tv 50 "pantalla plana que dan a una terraza con sillones artistas al aire libre para relajarse y leer el periódico mientras disfruta de horizonte de Melbourne. baño central con ducha, bañera, lavadora y secadora. NOTA - No hay pasamanos en el baño o dormitorios.

Group of 6 Adults stayed for 4 nights for a long weekend. Location was excellent, tram stop outside the door and IGA on the corner. A couple of minutes walk to Casino and South Bank. The apartment was wonderful comfortable beds and was extremely well equipped with all the comforts of home.
Attention to detail was excellent very comfortable spacious apartment. Lovely little outdoor space for your morning coffee and bathrooms were top of the range. Cannot rate this apartment highly enough and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location for what we needed. Easy walking distance to south Melbourne, Southbank and the cbd with a tram at your doorstep that takes you to the cbd, st kilda or port Melbourne.
Only small issue is the tram noise through the night if you are a light sleeper.

The property was outstanding. It was close to transport, food, shopping. And the bonus for us was that it was directly across the road from the MCEC which we spent roughly 4 days at for a work convention. The apartment was spotless and had everything available for us that we could possibly need. The beds were INCREDIBLE. Probably my favourite thing about this apartment. Julie was a delight to deal with. Thanks so much for having us!

Concert fun
The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-presented. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.
The location is fantastic being close to Southern Cross Station, trams to the door, shopping nearby & two mini-supermarkets.
It made a perfect base for our group and a trip of a life time for our young girls attending their first concert - Shawn Mendes.

Footy Finals Boys Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is in a superb location and is a lovely styled and spacious apartment. The outdoor area is particularly impressive in size.
The apartment is ideal to everyone. On this particular trip there was 4 of us on a boys weekend for the footy, however I plan to come back with the family for a trip next year.
Julie is really good to communicate with and was more then happy to accommodate a slightly longer checkout time.
I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely come back.

Melbourne Family Vacation
We greatly enjoyed this property.
I would highly recommend it for its location and it’s comfort.
It was as advertised and more.
The closeness to the CBD and the crown casino and all the conference center and outlet center services was wonderful.
We were finishing a two month family vacation and needed to just relax and unwind and this unit was perfect for our group. I am traveling with my wife and three adult kids and this unit was both spacious and close to everything we needed. It was so nice to also have a washer and separate dryer to do a little laundry. The only negative for this 3 bedroom unit was that there is only one bathroom but fortunately never was a problem with us.
I would stay here again and actually planning a trip next year.

Boys Footy weekend

From the moment you walk in you feel like you are home and going to have a great time.
We had a week away with girlfriends which was such a wonderful time the apartment was clean fresh everything was there that we needed including board games and jigsaw puzzles all you needed to cook with wash with, plenty of towels and linen also it was very centrally located within walking distance of the free tram service also a very quiet apartment. We stayed in a few nights and found it very comfortable. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable lots of storage space plenty of coat hangers to hang your gear up. We will definitely be back to stay.

Fantastic stay!
Stayed with a group of friends over tennis weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect - everything we needed and more. Quality furnishings and spacious - every guest had a good night sleep - needs so comfy. Julie is a great host providing all the information required to assist us with arriving and entering.
