The room was warm and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub.

The walls were rather thin. Since it was out of season, there weren't many guests, so I don't get why they had to give us rooms next to each other. The spa was closed. I would have appreciated a note about it on Booking.com. The breakfast was disappointing and not worth the 10 Euros.

Breakfast ok, staff great.seems like a haven for English! Manager extremely friendly and helpful.

It’s impeccably clean, the staff are wonderfully welcoming and helpful and the food at dinner was AMAZING! I didn’t have breakfast but if dinner was the benchmark I’m sure it would have been excellent.

The decor is slightly dated but it really doesn’t matter because everywhere is so clean and the front of house team are so helpful and welcoming.

Tiny, but cute rooms with windows that opened onto a street overlooking the main attraction, the mount Blanc tram. Bar, sitting area in hotel is nice and staff attentive.

One main restaurant open with the one grocery stores of the town not open. We happened to be there on a Sunday, which was bad timing.

Nothing at all, it's a hyped hotel for Brits. The hotel is not worth 50 euro per day. Very small room with the price of €350 per day.

WiFi worked well. Spacious lobby and sitting area. Reasonably friendly, helpful staff.

Really small room (and I was in one of their bigger rooms). Bad smell in corridor. Noisy street traffic, even on third floor. No kettle for coffee/tea in room, and no such service until 7:15 (the main reason I prefer apartments over hotels in Europe). Poor value at €175 per night. Only stayed here one night to ensure I made my train the next morning and was happy to leave.
