The location is great, super close to centre and all restaurants and transport. Staff was really helpful and friendly, they let us do a late check out for free. We wanted to watch the sunset and they let us use the rooftop, it was only us there and we really enjoyed it. Really nice interior in the room and loved that the room numbers were Mayan drawings, so we only found out what number we are after we asked the staff. Overall a really nice place, great value.

The room at first sight is very beautiful. The shower was super. Location is very centric. Staff was the best part, they were accomodating all our requests and advising us stuff to do.

We had the first room with garden view, privacy is not the best. You have one curtain to cover the huge window door. Rooms are very sensitive to noise. If there is a party nearby, we got it one day, it is hard to sleep. During the night hours ants were coming to the sink (only in the bathroom). There were lot of them. The staff give us a repellent and it works for one night.

A hidden little gem right off the Main Street , but quiet! I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so friendly and warm and I felt like a true valued guest. The room is very large, the bed was comfortable and I loved the garden and the overall vibe. Definitely my new “spot “ to stay while in Tulum.

Nothing - for me it was one of my best stays in Mexico so far! And the friendly and warm staff makes a big impact on the overall comfort and quality of a stay so bravo to all the staff!

It was out of season so we were the only guests. The owner was building another 12 rooms so it was dusty here and there but no work was being done and it was very quiet. The bed and shower were good.

The breakfast was simple and was served in the garden on rickety tables.

The afternoon staff was really friendly and helpful. It also has a great location, near to bike/scooter rental and close to the ADO bus station.

Great afternoon staff, however, the lady from the morning shift was quite lost about the hotel. She wasn't sure about some normal questions and when we arrived it was totally closed and we were afraid that we had to find somewhere else to stay.

location was good but it was a bit difficult to find amid the numerous surrounding businesses. The balcony room (upstairs) was much nicer than the “garden view” room because it was above the rather dry, yellow garden.

The front desk was rarely staffed. This resulted in the front door (which covered the entire front of the hotel) being closed until very late in the morning. Ingress and egress would require waiting for the maid to come open the door. The lack of front desk staff also meant there was no help with my luggage as I checked out.

Missed fruit to the breakfast.

Calm place in Tulum center. You can rent bike or scooter next to the place, the ADO bus station also. The place feels safe for leaving my stuffs despite the other reviews. I had no problem at all.

The curtains in my rooms (number 2) are not blackout so the room was not very dark at night with the hotel light from outside. Minor point was also a cat who was meowing at night very close to the door.
